摘要

古蹟建築是一個國家或都市的重要文化資產，因此若能在夜間照明設計中有效地利用光融合古蹟建築，便能塑造出古蹟建築另外一種風貌特色且加深其美好印象。但古蹟夜間照明之研究不多，需要被加以討論與研究。本研究首先以文獻回顧探究照明基礎概念、設計原理與照明方式，整理相關古蹟照明應用重點。其次，藉由專家訪談與案例分析，彙整專業意見與觀點。再者，分析古蹟建築之照明案例，檢視其與照明重點之契合度，重點在於古蹟照明設計之觀賞尺度、美學、機能、安全等各方面之分析。最後，綜合分析並歸納整理古蹟夜間照明設計之重點。
經由以上分析，本研究提出「照明技術」、「人與文化」兩個層面構成古蹟夜間照明之模式。照明技術層面之重點在於古蹟建築之特色表現與尊重、燈具光源與環境條件的適切性。其中也包含維護管理層面的考量，設計者必須了解光源燈具之特性而設計出完善之維護計畫，並有效利用燈光點滅系統達到節能與管理之目的。人與文化層面則是考量到使用者(參觀者)與古蹟建築的關係，表現出古蹟建築背後文化價值與建築存在意義。

Historical architecture is a significant property of culture for a country or a city. Hence, it is customary for governing agencies to devote their attention to such a vista which integrates the vesperal lighting so as to engrave culture-specific urban impression and tourist value on viewers all around. It is, however, lack of discourses on vesperal lighting design of historical architecture in our nation, so it is essential to study specifically. Bearing such a perspective, firstly, this study discusses the concept, principle, and method of lighting design through the references. Then, gather experts’ perspective via interviews to verify the conjunction on the practical issues. During which, particular attention is paid on accent lighting on appealing visual elements, light distribution, luminaire employed, viewing distance, viewing angle, shadows and forms, and the dramatic orchestra of lighting patterns as a whole. Finally, this study concludes from previous discussions, a collection of critical issues and design principles regarding historical building’s vesperal lighting design.
According to previous analysis, this paper states two main points of view, the technique of lighting and the human beings and culture, on vesperal lighting design of historical architecture. The technique of lighting cites the suitability on historical building between the lighting equipment and the environment. It includes the management of maintenance, the scheme for the maintenance of the apparatus and the power conservation, as well. The human beings and culture point out the value of historical architecture to individuals. This discourse holds that the three points of view are crucial for the vesperal lighting of historical architecture.
