隨著社會環境的轉變以及科技的發達,有越來越多的家庭由以往傳統的男性工作者是家庭中唯一的經濟支柱,轉換成夫妻倆人分別投入職場的雙薪家庭組織。家庭中兩夫妻均投入於社會工作中,除了面臨工作上的表現以外,更需要於工作結束後所必須面臨的家庭生活經營滿足。因此,若是無法充分的扮演好工作與家庭中所的角色則會因為在時間的分配上,產生許多的工作與家庭衝突。 由於以往的研究都傾向於研究單一項目的專業經理人成功議題,一般大眾對於成功的感知以及一般大眾對於事業成功與家庭經營成功的相關因素及影響的探討比較缺乏,故本研究所研究的範圍是設定於桃園縣金融機構服務人員,並去探討金融產業中服務人員對於個人家庭及事業成功的因素。投入於職場工作的人員,工作上都會遇到家庭及事業的兩大區塊,如果想要成功那是否在這兩項區塊中會有共同造成成功的因素,而不是只探討任何一方所造成的因素。 根據本研究以桃園縣金融機構服務人員為問卷調查的對象,共發出500份問卷,其中回收有效問卷共計143份,無效問卷共計26份,問卷有效回收率為28.6%。經由本研究的整理及相關統計結果分析後,實證調查後可以得到以下的發現: 1. 自我價值的提升可以增加對事業成功與家庭成功的認知感受。 2. 在成功因素內在特質的結構研究中,事業成功特質因素與家庭成功特質因素相關,因素的內心感受提升,有助於提升事業成功與家庭成功的感知。 3. 在工作事業成功與家庭成功之間存在著一種很微妙又很具特性的關係,也就是說家庭成功是可以正向的影響事業成功,但反之,僅有事業成功的主觀因素或客觀因素是無法直接取得家庭成功的結果。
In recent years researchers has stressed success issues about professional managers, but few of them attempt to evaluate how the public define success and the relationship between career success and family success. Generally speaking, office workers need to manage their careers and families, which should be discussed together to find out success factors. Most of the success issues researched the family business manager’s success perception and there are some bias lies in the fact that the owners tend to overestimate the overall success of their small family. This paper focused on the perception of subjective – objective career success and family success of plebeian. According to this issues, we sent 500 copies questionary to some financial institutes in Taoyuan County, and got 143 copies available questionary back. Using common statistics approach, Factor Analysis approach, reliability test, correlation, Path Analysis method to test samples and 143 financial institute employees were surveyed. Finding the following outcomes: 1. The raise of self-esteem can improve the career success and family success perceptions. 2. Career success factors are correlated with family success factor. Factor perceptions increased can avail to the perceptions of career success and family success. 3. There is a unique relationship between family success and career success, namely, family success positively impacts business success, but not vice versa. Only career success subjective – objective perceptions can not improve family success perceptions.
