生產件批核程序應用於手機產業─以手機組裝業為例

摘要


現在消費性電子產品已經走向了低毛利的時代,在這麼競爭的市場中,消費者對於品質的要求越來越高,且希望要求便宜的價格來購買,這對電子產業來說,是一個很大的壓力,因為不只要降低成本,而且要提高產品品質;對電子產業來說,產品的品質往往掌握在供應商的手上,意思是說很多廠商只是一昧追求低成本而去忽略了供應的品質,這樣反而會造成品質失敗成本,而增加了成本,因此,開始有廠商希望可以做到像汽車產業那樣的高品質,希望藉由汽車業的品質管理系統ISO/TS16949:2002的導入來提昇品質、降低成本。 本研究即是針對於ISO/TS16949:2002中的供應商品質的要求部份作探討,而這個部份是TS16949中的五個核心工具之一即為生產件批核程序(PPAP),本研究將探討電子產業中的手機組裝業在導入PPAP時,如何的發展適合手機產業的PPAP,在研究中將對手機產業的特性做探討,以瞭解與汽車產業的差異,並且建構符合手機產業要求的PPAP。

The consuming electronic product has already moved towards the era of the low gross profit now. In the market that is competed for in this way, consumer's demand for quality is higher and higher, and hope to require the cheap price to be bought. For electronic industry, it is a very great pressure, because will not only lower costs, but also improve the quality of the products. To electronic industry, the supplier has a great effect to the product quality. It’s mean a lot of manufacturers just consider the low cost and neglect the quality supplied. This can cause quality failure cost, and has increased the cost. So, begin to have manufacturers to hope to gain the high quality like automobile industry. They want to carry out the quality management system ISO/TS16949:2002 of the automobile industry to improve quality and get the lower cost. This research is to do the discussion with the request of supplied goods quality in ISO/TS16949:2002. This section is Production Part Approval Process(PPAP) and it’s one of the five main tools of TS16949. This research will discuss how to construct the mobile phone’s PPAP when the electronic industry carry out the PPAP into the mobile phone contract manufacturing industry. In this research, there will study of mobile industry’s characteristic and understand what’s different with the automobile industry and construct the mobile industry’s PPAP.
