我們利用Web2.0的特性與Web2.0網頁中所附屬的工具來幫助就業輔導工作,在此之前,我們藉著和精神障礙輔導體系合作,以(1)行動研究、(2)深度訪談、(3)Web2.0、(4)工作坊、(5)民族誌訪談法、(6)內容分析、(7)統計分析為研究方法進行研究與資料的收集,在雙方不斷的對話之後,針對現行問題,分成學員、就業輔導員、與機構三方面加以探討,並提出多媒體資料庫、效益評估、與公共關係等解決方案。但在提出解決方法之後我們發現Nonprofit2.0使用效果不彰,爲探討此現象發生之原因,因此我們從各種角度分析問題,包括質化分析、量化分析、內容分析、統計分析等等,藉此探討與發掘問題,與深入了解就服員使用Nonprofit2.0情形所呈現的深層的意涵。從數據中我們發現目前就服員內部的聯繫強度不夠,尚無法有效利用Nonprofit2.0進行溝通,此外,就服員也承受許多外界的壓力,譬如:勞工局表格的填寫與績效壓力等,讓就服員缺乏時間使用Nonprofit2.0,我們會在未來研究方向針對這些問題持續與就服員溝通,針對我們發掘的問題加以探討與改進,期待Web2.0科技可以真正幫助到精障就業輔導體系。
In this paper, we use the properties of Blog and the tools of Blog to help nonprofit organizations. Before using Blog, we work with volunteers and having conversations with them. Then we find the problems of NPO and focus on these problems. We categorize the problem into three aspects. The first one is about mentally disabled. The second one is about volunteers. The third one is about how to introduce this organization. We use Web2.0 technologies to solve these problems and consult foreign nonprofit organizations at the same time. Then we use content analysis, quality analysis, quantities analysis to investigate the key problems in NPO. Then we know how to help nonprofit organizations, and lessen the volunteer’s pressure on their job.
