整合預防維護與插單於流線型雙機台之重排程探討

An Integrated Preventive Maintenance and Rush Order Model on Two-Machine Flowshop with Strategy of Rescheduling

摘要


製程與維護、排程與插單這些生產活動之間的關係是非常微妙的,因為兩兩之者間息息相關但卻又存在著衝突。維護可確保設備的可靠度與產品的品質維持在一定的水準之上,但維護作業又會耗廢掉部份的製程時間。至於排程與插單之間的關係亦同,排程力求穩健,但插單所造成的重排程卻往往與排程穩健的目標背道而馳。排程、預防維護與插單均是生產系統中極為重要的一環,但針對這些領域的整合研究卻還有待努力。 在過去的研究中,學者均僅針對預防維護或重排程的部份各別進行探討,而沒有學者將兩者整合在一起並套入排程系統中。但預防維護與插單造成的重排程這兩個部份在生產系統中又各佔有一定的比重,因此如何將其整合就是一個值得深入探討的議題。因此,本研究的目的在於擬定一套面臨插單的情況下,如何整合流線型雙機排程與預防保養使其總完工時間(makespan)最小化之重排程模型。並比較不同的重排程方法對於總完工時間的影響與優劣。 在研究中,以兩種重排程的方法-右移重排程與再生重排程所分別建構出的模型相互做比較來判斷何種方法所建構的模型較佳。在一開始先利用Johnson's rule進行起始解的排序,接著再利用兩模型的邏輯判斷計算其各別的總完工時間。上述兩模型皆使用Microsoft Excel撰寫出其模型邏輯,並透過一數值範例來表達兩模型的求解過程與結果。接著在不同的工件數下,透過大量的數據代入右移重排程與再生重排程模型中,進而比較與分析兩者的結果。結果顯示右移重排程與再生重排程所建構出的模型間存在顯著差異,且再生重排程的模型優於右移重排程。

Manufacturing process and preventive maintenance, scheduling and rush orders, those activities are not only closely correlated but also incompatible. Preventive maintenance can keep the equipment at high reliability level, but the preventive maintenance will spend much time in manufacturing process. Scheduling and rush order also gave similar conflicts. The scheduling keeps robustness of schedule, but rush order results in rescheduling. Although scheduling, preventive maintenance and rush order play an important role in manufacturing process, the research for integration on those areas are not yet common. Most of the recent literatures discuss preventive maintenance or rush order separately, so this study proposes an integrated model that includes preventive maintenance and rush order in a two- machine flow- shop to compute the makespan. Then we compare the model using two different rescheduling methods. In this study, we used simulation to produce data of rush order under different amount of job. Then we insert the data into the models, respectively. The results show the differences existed between two models, and the relive rescheduling is better then the other one.
