供應鏈廠商工程變更資訊管理模式建立研究 – 以汽車零組件產業為例

中文摘要 汽車產品在研發初期及生命週期內會因產品變更、製程變更、材質變更或顧客需求等因素,要求相關的工程變更活動;發生工程變更的主要原因在產品功能改變或增加安全顧慮,製程改變增加生產效益或良品率,發現可節省成本或符合環保法規替代材料,以及因應客戶或市場需求。 企業為了改善產品的品質、降低生產成本、滿足市場及顧客的需求、以及維持產業的競爭優勢,將建議及執行工程變更活動;原則上,工程變更發生的頻率越少越好,既可維持原設計品質需求,又可降低研發成本。但是若工程變更發生頻繁,工程變更版本重疊的問題將會導致物料管理困難,容易誤裝零件,最後產生品質問題。 基於資訊管理及策略發展觀點,本論文提出一工程變更資訊管理的觀念架構,建立工程變更資訊管理模式;將企業『內部網路(Intranet)』透過『網際網路(Internet)』聯結;藉由整合供應鏈廠商(成員)間的工程變更資訊管理系統,建構一協同工程變更資訊管理機制,直接地監督與控管;期能管理與監控供應鏈廠商(成員)間的工程變更活動,並剔除因工程變更衍生的問題。 本研究採用『企業訪談法』,藉由蒐集5個個案公司的相關資料,整理及分析工程變更活動的相關實務;檢視、比較與本文所提出的整合跨企業協同「工程變更資訊管理模式」、「管理架構」及「資訊流程」的差異,之後給予適當的修正。

ABSTRACT The related Engineering Change(EC) activity is to be required at the beginning stage of Automobile Products Developing, or within the Product Life Cycle due to the factors of Product Changes, Process Changes, Material Specification Changes, or the demand of Customers; the major reasons of the EC is on Product Function Changes or added consideration of Product Safety, Process Changes to increase Productivities or better Quality Rating, finding Replaced Materials for Cost Saving or its Specification to meet Environment Regulation as well as coping with the demand of Customers or Marketing. In order to improving Product Quality, lowering Production Cost, satisfaction with the demand of Marketing and Customers, and maintaining the Competitive Advantage, Enterprises will suggest and implement Engineering Change Activity; In principal, the Frequency of EC is to occur as less as possible, it can sustain the Product Quality in its original design requirement also lower developing cost. But, if EC occurred frequently, the over-lapping issues of EC version will result in difficulty on material management and assembly with incorrect parts, which ultimately cause Quality Problems. Based on Information Management and Strategy Development point of view, this thesis provides a framework of concept for Engineering Change Information Management (ECIM) then build up a model of ECIM; uniting the Enterprises’『Intranet』 through 『Internet』; by means of integrating ECIM Systems among the members of Supply Chain Suppliers, establishing a mechanism of correlation of ECIM, then monitoring and controlling it immediately; it’s expected to manage and monitor the EC activity among the members of Supply Chain Suppliers as well as to eliminate the problems which could derivatived from EC. The study of this thesis is adopted from 『Business Visiting Methodology』, by means of collecting the related data from 5 representative Companies, then sorting and analysing the real practices of relative EC; to review and compare the discrepancy of the collected information with the Proposed intergrated Collaboration of 「ECIM model」、「Management Framework」and 「Informatiom Flowchart」among the Enterprises, the appropriate rectification will be given afterward.
