在進行地下開挖工程時,由於施工區內的土壤受到解壓作用,使得擋土壁體兩側受力不平衡,若無法儘速維持工區穩定性,將導致擋土壁體側向變位過大及工區周邊地盤下陷,造成施工及鄰房建物安全隱憂。因此為能提升施工區之施工安全與鄰房建物保護,將採取施作開挖輔助工法。 本研究將利用業界較常採用之軟體RIDO程式作為分析工具並配合地中壁與地盤改良灌漿輔助工法施作,以ㄧ個實際案例三種不同模擬模式予以分析,並選擇最佳結果進行建物保護評估,以探討保護工法施作前後對於鄰近建物之影響。 經分析評估顯示,地盤灌漿工法配合擋土支撐架設與預力施加確實可以降低擋土壁體變形量,若再增設地中壁,更可再減少壁體側向變位;但假使再增加施作更多數量之地盤改良,壁體變形並無預期中受到更多的抑制。因此,當工區附近建物於施工前已有傾斜或沉陷之現象,若施作地中壁與地盤改良,對輕度傾斜或沉陷之建物可達良好之保護效果,但嚴重者則可能需再增設更多或其他輔助工法,甚至須於施工完成後進行建物復舊措施。
Due to the soil pressure releasing of excavation, the force pressed on the both sides of the diaphragm wall’s structures and masses will be imbalanced, if this phenomenon is not stabilized quickly, it would triggered the diaphragm wall displacement and the ground-level descending, causing safety concerns on the construction and surrounding structures, to avoids the problems and to protects the structures around, the construction would executed with excavate support method. This study utilized the analytical software RIDO combined with infuse concrete assist ground treatment method, take a real-life case and provide with three simulated models, to analysis and form them selected the best solution of the structure protection, therefore to revises he impact of the protective construction method on to the structures adjacent by, before and after it is executed. This study indicates the infuse concrete method plus reinforced structures and pre-impacted decease the wall deformation effectively, furthermore, with cross wall in place can reduces the displacement on diaphragm wall sides; but to induce more ground treatments would not decreasing the deformation any scientifically as some would anticipated. Thus, to the structures near the excavate site developed leaning and descending slightly before construction, the ground treatments will provided them with excellent protection, but to the more severe case, the further work is needed and even required revamp the structures after the construction is finished.
