The application of Theory of Constraint (TOC) in practice is to develop the bottleneck process and resources to enhance all dimensions of performance of the system. Following the thinking process and systematize skill to give assistances for continuity of improvement and management reformation. The main purpose of this research is to construct a strategy model by following the thinking process and recommend to connector maker. From analyze the undesirable effects to find out the root causes, and arouse the new enterprise executive strategy. And then verify the model on the basis of the real products to make sure this model fill with practicability. Through the result of final verification, we can confirm that this model works well on connector development and production. And it also has good performance on cost reduction, project control, customer satisfaction, business profit, and so on.
