國人室內公共閱讀空間舒適度研究-以台北市市立圖書館為例

摘要


圖書館是提供使用者良好公共閱讀空間的地方。因此,圖書館內的環境是否舒適,對於人們在裡面的學習效率、身體健康皆有很大的影響。根據臺北市立圖書館統計數據 (101至103年),平均每天一所圖書館有一千人次的使用,一般民眾在圖書館裡閱讀書籍、雜誌;學生在裡面做作業、讀書或找查資料;老年人在圖書館看報或休息午睡。人們在圖書館看書學習、獲得知識、充實自己。它給予了大眾一個公共閱讀且舒適的地方,由此可知圖書館對於市民的重要性。 本研究以台灣綠建築圖書館做為研究對象,對建築的室內外以熱舒適度做為探討,對於台灣北部-台北市的特有氣候之中,若要了解如何維持室內閱讀者之理想環境熱舒適度,首先必須了解不同分館之環境數據與閱讀者之熱舒適度,對量測數據進行研究與分析。並且進一步了解綠建築與非綠建築之間的室內熱舒適度差異。研究目的如下 1.國人閱讀時的最佳舒適溫度 2.自然通風與空調空間中的敏感舒適條件為何 3.圖書館室內環境舒適度排名與兩棟綠建築舒適度比較 4.建築環境與室內舒適感受分析 研究方法以定時量測的方式在室內外測得環境數據,同時發放室內環境舒適度問卷,研究方法以EXCEL建立數據檔案後,再用統計軟體SPSS的相關係數及交叉分析,結論對不同類型的圖書館建築,有不同的室內環境數據與閱讀者室內熱舒適感受,將比較數值做出加權排列,給後續需要了解圖書館建築之熱舒適環境者做參考。雖然目前大多的建築圖書館都是以空調設備來解決夏季室內舒適度的問題,但外殼如何遮陽、建築的配置座向、室內的空調位置,都將影響整棟建築的耗能多寡。在響應環保的世代,如果一開始便能注意到這些小細節,對於後續的空調節能只有益沒有弊的影響,研究結果建議: 1.最後測得的空調室內舒適溫度為24.8℃~29.3℃,自然通風室內舒適溫度為24.5℃~28.9℃;空調室內舒適濕度為41%~62%,自然通風室內舒適濕度為50%~74%。 2.夏季空調設備的圖書館室內空間,室內濕度對於閱讀者舒適度的影響較大;秋季自然通風下的圖書館室內空間,室內溫度與室內溫度感受對於閱讀者舒適度的影響較大。 3.建築物外的環境也會影響室內舒適度,建議在建築物西向多種植植栽,遮擋陽光減少輻射熱,台北市並不適合大面玻璃的建築造型。

The library provides a good reading space and a comfortable environment. Therefore, the environment of a library affects people’s learning efficiency and health. Accroding to the data from the Taipei Public Library, there is 1,000 people a day on average for every library. Libraries provide citizen a comfortable place to read and learn. In this study, Taiwan Green Building Library as the research object to study the building indoor and outdoor thermal comfort. Due to the unique climate in north Taiwan-Taipei, since we want to know how to maintain thermal comfort of the indoor environment. First, we have to understand the relationship between enviromental data and reader’s thermal comfort. Then, we can do research and analyze the data we measured. We also learn more about the difference between the green building and non-green buildings. The study propose such as the following: What is the indoor optimum temperature at the lirary 1.The sensitive comfort condition in the natural ventilation and air conditioning space. 2.Ranking the indoor environmental comfort for seven libraries in Taipei. Compare two green-builing libraries’ indoor environmental comfort. 3.Architectural environment and interior comfort analysis Timing measurement to get the indoor and outdoor environmental data, meanwhile we send questionnaire of indoor environmental comfort. Then using Excel to organize the information. Finally, we analyze the cross-correlation coefficient by the statistical software,SPSS, to draw conclusions. Cross analysis of different library buildings’ data conluded the ratio of different types building. We compare the numerical value and do weighted arrangement to raise suggestions for solutions. In this study, we found most libraries use air-condition to make the indoor comfort in summer. We also found the shading devices, orientation and the position of air-condition affect the energy consumption. If we can notice these details, we can save more energy by using less air-conditioner. We would like to make constructive suggestions that can improve the library building's thermal comfort to the revelant units. 1.The comfort temperature and humidity have different range in natural vantillation and air-condtion. The last measured air-conditioned indoor comfort temperature 24.8℃~ 29.3℃, natural ventilation indoor comfort temperature is 24.5℃~ 28.9℃; air-conditioned indoor comfort humidity of 41% to 62%, the natural ventilation of indoor comfort humidity of 50% to 74%. 2.In summer, when the librarary use air-conditioner to control the temperature people will more sensitive to temperature. But people are more sensitive to humidity in fall using natural ventillation. 3.Taipei’s climate is not suitable for glass curtain wall buildings.
