台北市都市污水處理廠揮發性有機物分佈特徵與逸散之研究

Study on Distribution and Fugitive of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant in Taipei City

摘要


由於台灣都市人口稠密、腹地狹小等原因,大多數的污水處理廠鄰近民眾居住生活圈周遭,然而在污水處理廠操作過程中,常常會有異臭味逸散,以致污水廠所衍生的異臭氣味及健康問題直接影響到周邊居民,而污水廠最常見的汙染物包含硫化氫、氨氣、揮發性有機化合物等,這些汙染物都會直接藉由空氣來影響到人體的健康,加上面對目前台灣的空氣品質日益惡化,而基礎設施之揮發性有機物排放資料匱乏的狀況下,本研究加以探討。 本研究針對台北市兩座污水處理廠進行周界及廠內的空氣品質做調查,並使用值讀式儀器及不鏽鋼採樣筒測量這兩座都市污水廠揮發性有機化合物濃度及組成分,並選定乙廠址廠內的初沉池進行長時間監測,探討汙染物的變化。實驗結果為下,本次選擇兩個污水處理量不同的廠址作為比對,污水處理量大的污水廠所監測出的污染物濃度沒有比污水處理量小的濃度來的高,再針對濃度高的進行長時間監測,發現在春季的污染物濃度是四季裡面最高,最高可以監測到50.9ppmv,而污染物濃度最高的時段為夜間時段,所以利用不鏽鋼採樣筒進行化合物分析,發現芳香烴為污水處理廠排放化合物中最大宗,最高可達總排放量的百分之八十四,而芳香烴中以甲苯濃度最高;再利用得到的化合物去推算出污水處理廠所排放出的OFP值,在夏季甲苯最高點可達到OFP值225.53。

Due to the densely populated and narrow hinterland of Taiwan, most of the sewage treatment plants are close to the residence area. When the sewage treatment plant is in operation, a foul odor is released into the air that can cause health related problems. Some hazardous air pollutants emitted by these sewage treatment plants include hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which can have a negative effect not only on health but also on the image of Taiwan. These pollutants will be directly affected by the air to the health of the human body, coupled with the current face of Taiwan's air quality deteriorating, and the infrastructure of volatile organic matter emissions of the situation, this study to explore. In this study, two sewage treatment plants in Taipei were surveyed on the perimeter and the air quality of the plant, And the concentration and composition of volatile organic compounds in the two municipal wastewater treatment plants were measured by means of a reading instrument and a stainless steel sampling tube. And selected a site of the factory's primary settling tank for a long time to monitor the changes in pollutants. The experimental results are the next.The air quality, the concentration and composition of the pollutants in these two municipal wastewater treatment plants were measured using a passive flow controller. The concentration of pollutants in the primary settling tank of these factories were compared and monitored for four seasons.This study was also monitored for four seasons for 7-days and days with highest concentration of pollutants. During the long-term monitoring, the concentration of pollutants in the spring is the highest among four seasons, the maximum having 50.9 ppmv. Furthermore, the concentration of pollutants is the highest at night with aromatic hydrocarbons having the highest composition among other pollutants with toluene having the highest concentration. The maximum amount of emissions in the compound resulted up to a total discharge of 84%. The sewage treatment plant emissions OFP value of toluene during summer was calculated with a maximum point reaching up to 225.53.
