應用可見光複合光催化劑-Bi2MoO6/g-C3N4/TiO2於染料廢水降解之研究

摘要


水汙染已成為一個嚴重的全球性問題。光催化劑是有效的材料之一,且高級氧化法(AOPs)用於處理工業廢水中具有較少的殘餘廢物。本研究利用簡易的混合鍛燒法成功合成g-C3N4/Bi2MoO6/TiO2奈米管束。 本研究目的為利用鉍作為光催化劑來解決廢水處理的問題。Bi2MoO6光催化劑是利用Bi(NO3)3和Na2MoO4混和而成,而g-C3N4光催化劑是通過尿素直接加熱製備而成,二氧化鈦奈米管束則利用水熱法製備而成。最後將適量的Bi2MoO6、 g-C3N4和二氧化鈦奈米管分散在甲醇中。 光催化劑之光催化性能是在人造光源和太陽光照射下,監測染料降解效率來評估。結果顯示此光催化劑具有很高的光催化效率分解染料。g-C3N4作為不含金屬的催化劑,而Bi2MoO6提高了二氧化鈦奈米管束之光催化活性。 三元光催化劑是一個有效用於現今反應條件下的太陽光降解染料之光催化劑。g-C3N4/Bi2MoO6/TiO2奈米管束藉由染料降解計算出其速率常數k = 0.0159 min-1,且相關係數R2 = 0.9719。此光催化劑之晶相純度和結晶度藉由XRD分析,而在EDX光譜顯示了Bi、Mo、O、C、N和 Ti的峰且沒有任何其他特徵峰。

Water pollution is a critical global problem. Photocatalysis is an effective and efficient advance oxidation processes (AOPs) of treating industrial wastewater with less residual waste. In this study, g-C3N4/Bi2MoO6/TiO2 nanotubes were successfully synthesized by a simple mixed-calcinations method. This research aims to use bismuth as photocatalyst to resolve the issue on wastewater treatment. Bi2MoO6 photocatalyst was synthesized with a mixture of Bi(NO3)3 and Na2MoO4. g-C3N4 photocatalyst was prepared by directly heating urea. TiO2 nanotubes photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The appropriate amount of Bi2MoO6, g-C3N4, and TiO2 nanotubes were dispersed into methanol. The photocatalytic properties were evaluated by monitoring the degradation of dye under artificial and direct sunlight irradiation. It showed high photocatalytic activity to decompose dye. The g-C3N4 as metal free co-catalyst and TiO2 nanotubes photocatalyst were increased the activity of Bi2MoO6. The ternary photocatalyst is an efficient solar light active photocatalyst for degradation of dyes using present reaction conditions. The calculated rate constant k is 0.0159 min-1 and has a correlation constant R2 of 0.9719 for degradation of dye using g-C3N4/Bi2MoO6/TiO2 nanotubes photocatalyst. The phase purity and crystallinity were detected by powder X-ray diffraction. The EDX spectrum of this sample which shows the presence of Bi, Mo, O, C, N, and Ti peaks without any other characteristic peaks.
