企業社會責任(CSR)的發展已經有幾十年了,最近有些人轉向發展大學社會責任(USR)。我以R. The development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been around for decades, and recently some people have turned to the development of university social responsibility (USR). Based on the stakeholder theory proposed by R. Edward Freeman in 1984, I study university social responsibility from a new perspective. However, so far there is no relevant research on the stakeholders after universities have practiced university social responsibility. Therefore, I want to use case studies to clarify who are the stakeholders of the university after the implementation of university social responsibility, and what is the relationship between these stakeholders and the university, and how the influence between the university and these stakeholders works. By clarifying the above three issues, I proposed a two-stage classification method in my research: The first is to divide the complex stakeholders of the university into four categories, which are the Competent authority, Insider, Helper, and Served object; The second is to divide the aforementioned four types of stakeholders into two categories: primary stakeholders and secondary stakeholders by studying how the influence of the university works. Universities may have different stakeholders in each USR project. Through the results of my research, we can clearly classify the stakeholders after the university has implemented USR to determine who is the real important stakeholder of the university.
