摘要 本研究乃透過統合分析法(Meta-analysis),分析國內過去以「教師資訊素養」為主題的41篇研究資料,研究者同時採用Hedges與Olkin(1985)、Rosenthal(1991)、Hunter與Schmidt(2004)等三種分析方法,利用電腦編製Meta-Excel計算出效果量(Effect Size),以瞭解不同的教師背景變項對其資訊素養的影響,並透過同質性檢定探討各研究間之中介變項。教師背景變項包括:性別、年齡、年資、最高學歷與擔任職務等五項,資訊素養變項包括:資訊認知與圖書館素養、電腦操作素養、網路應用素養、資訊倫理素養、多媒體整合素養等五項。 根據研究結果,可獲得以下結果: 一、不同性別之教師在資訊認知與圖書館素養、網路應用素養、資訊倫理素養、多媒體整合素養四項的表現達到顯著水準; 二、不同年齡之教師在資訊認知與圖書館素養、網路應用素養、資訊倫理素養、多媒體整合素養四項的表現達到顯著水準; 三、不同年資之教師在網路應用素養、資訊倫理素養、多媒體整合素養三項的表現達到顯著水準; 四、不同最高學歷之教師在資訊認知與圖書館素養、電腦操作素養、網路應用素養、多媒體整合素養四項的表現達到顯著水準; 五、擔任不同職務之教師在五項教師資訊素養上的表現均達到顯著水準; 六、我國教師以男性、四十歲以下、服務年資未滿十年、最高學歷為研究所以上或兼任行政工作等五項背景特徵之教師,在資訊素養上的表現較佳; 七、細項合併後較細項合併前難找出中介變項; 八、Hunter與Schmidt(2004)統合分析法較適用於樣本數龐大之調查研究,其顯著考驗結果較為穩定。
The research provides a objective analysis on 41 studies with theme of Teachers’ Information Literacy via Meta-analysis. The researcher used 3 kinds of meta-analysis (Hedges & Olkin, 1985; Hunter & Schmidt, 2004; Rosenthal, 1991), devised Meta-Excel for calculating the Effect Size to realize the variables on how teachers’ background affects their information literacy. Besides, the reasercher also explored the intermediate variables by homogeneous test. The variables of teachers’ background covers gender, age, seniority, the highest educational background and job function. The variables of information literacy includes information cognition, and the literacy of library, computer operation, internet appilication, information ethics and multimedia intergration. The research results in the following conclusions. 1.Gender has significant difference in information cognition and literacy of library, internet application, information ethics and multimedia interation. 2.Age has significant difference in information cognition and literacy of library, internet application, information ethics and multimedia interation. 3.Seniority has significant difference in literacy of internet appilication, information ethics and multimedia intergration. 4.The highest educational background has significant difference in information cognition and literacy of library, internet appilication and computer operation and multimedia intergration. 5.Job function has significant difference in all the five information mentioned above. 6.In Taiwan, male teachers with age under 40, seniority under 10 years, master degree at least, administrative work perform better on all the literacy than other teachers. 7.The intermediate variables are difficult to find after combining the particular variables. 8.Hunter and Schmidt’s (2004) multi-anaysis is more sutible for the investigation with enormous samples. The significant test and verification result from this method is more steady.
