整合推/拉式生產活動控制系統 --以印刷業為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在於結合推式生產系統(Push System)與拉式生產系統 (Pull System) 之優點,提出「推/拉式生產活動控制系統-以印刷業為例」;本模式分為兩大部分-界定推/拉式生產系統之交匯點(Junction Point)、推/拉式生產活動控制系統導入之六大步驟,其中運用限制理論(Theory of Constraint, TOC)中限制驅導式現場排程(Drum-Buffer-Rope, DBR)之觀念,首先將顧客訂單排入生產排程,其次運用拉式生產之機制觸動生產,並利用安全存貨之觀念與前端推式生產銜接,以期降低顧客訂單之生產時間以及生產線之在製品存貨;本研究以國外某大書本印刷廠為個案驗證,以實際資料運用eM-Plant模擬軟體驗證本模式之效益,並確實可降低訂單之生產時間以及在製品數量。

The main objective of this research is to integrate the advantages of Push System and Pull System in order to advance “Integrating Push and Pull System for Production Activity Control-Sampling from the Printing Industry.” This model has two major segments, which are “Define the Junction Point (JP) of Push/Pull Production” and “Six Steps of Integrating Push/ Pull System”. Exercising the concept of Drum-Buffer-Rope (DBR) of Theory of Constraint (TOC) to schedule customer’s orders, move production by Pull model method and then connect with Push model to reduce the lead-time of customer’s orders and WIP of the production line. This research has executed successfully in a foreign Printing Industry. By running the real data with simulate software of eM-Plant, it proves the benefit of this model and reach the goal to reduce the lead-time of the orders and the quantity of WIP.
