概念改變文本結合概念構圖策略對七年級 光合作用概念學習成效之研究

The Effect of Conceptual Change Texts Combined with Concept Mapping Strategy on The Understanding of Photosynthesis of Grade 7th Students

摘要


中文摘要 本研究旨在探究概念改變文本結合概念構圖策略對七年級光合作用概念學習之成效。首先以光合作用概念診斷測驗測出學生在光合作用的迷思概念。其次,以準實驗法之「不等組前後測設計」來進行教學實驗。研究對象為方便取樣自兩個七年級常態編班的班級,共68位學生,其中實驗組為34人,控制組為34人;針對光合作用單元實驗組學生接受概念改變文本結合概念構圖策略的教學,而控制組學生接受傳統式教學。 在教學實驗之後,蒐集學生在光合作用概念診斷測驗與概念圖的得分資料。以概念改變文本結合概念構圖教學策略為自變項,概念診斷測驗得分為依變項,基本科學過程技能與自然科學習動機得分為共變項,經共變數分析發現,概念改變文本結合概念構圖教學策略顯著影響著概念學習的成效。實驗組在概念診斷測驗的答對率(41.2%)與平均分數(4.94)皆高於控制組的答對率(32.9%)與平均分數(3.94),而在概念圖後測得分與前測得分比較,也可見實驗組的顯著進步(t=-4.764,p<0.001)。由此顯示,概念改變文本結合概念構圖策略對七年級光合作用概念之學習有正向的成效。另外,本研究也發現學生對自然科學習動機與光合作用概念學習的成效呈現正相關,顯示光合作用概念的學習可以經由概念改變文本結合概念構圖教學策略來增進成效,也與自然科學習動機有關聯。

ABSTRACT This study investigated the effectiveness of conceptual change texts combined with concept mapping strategy on the understanding of photosynthesis. The test was administered as pretest and post-test to a total of 68 seven-grade students in two intact classer. The experimental group was a class of 34 students who received conceptual change texts combined with concept mapping strategy. The control group who received a traditional instruction. The science process skill test and the student’s motivation towards science learning questionnaire were used as covariats in the study. The analysis of ANOCVA showed a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups after treatment.The average percent of correct responses of the experimental group was 41.2% and that of the control group was 32.9%. The mean scores of experimental group(4.94)and control group(3.94)showed that students in the expermental group performed better with respect of photosynthesis. It was found that the conceptual change texts combined with concept mapping strategy produced a positive effect on student’s understanding of concepts. The study was also found that the student’s motivation towards science learning was positively correlated with the scores of concepts test.
