直接接觸式薄膜蒸餾平板模組放大規模及電漿改質薄膜後之薄膜蒸餾分析

摘要


本研究以平板式直接接觸薄膜蒸餾模組放大及利用電漿對薄膜表面進行改質之薄膜蒸餾研究與討論。本研究中模組以四倍比例規模放大後之薄膜蒸餾通量,放大後之模組其通量略低小模組之通量,其原因在於模組放大後流體於內板流道流動不均勻及模組材質未完全絕熱所影響。本研究同時探討利用經電漿改質薄膜後之薄膜蒸餾通量,研究結果改質面接觸於滲透端其薄膜蒸餾通量較大。以上實驗皆以MATLAB建立其薄膜蒸餾模擬程式,可預估不同的大小模組對於薄膜蒸餾通量之影響及經電漿改質後之薄膜蒸餾通量,利用理論預估其通量與實驗結果差異不大。

In this study, research and discussion for direct contact membrane distillation flat modules enlarged and the membrane distillation of plasma treated membrane. In this study, research and discussion for the flux of modules enlarged. As the module to be enlarge, the membrane distillation flux is slightly lower the flux of small-bench scale module. The reason is that flow of fluid in the channel not well-mixed and the material of module is not insulated. The study also explored the membrane distillation of plasma treated membrane. The membrane distillation flux was greater when the modified surface contact at the permeate side. These results are established a simulation program by MATLAB, that can be simulated membrane distillation flux of the different scale modules and the membrane distillation flux of the membrane treated by plasma, and the simulated values and experiment results was fitted.
