模具試模的知識化管理與設計變更之整合應用

摘要


近年來產品市場需求多樣化,製造週期縮短等因素,使得模具在設計、製造與開發時的問題越來越複雜。模具製造並組裝後所進行的試模階段,可能因成型品的缺陷,不符合當初產品設計規範與要求而被迫變更設計及修改模具,不僅造成資源上的浪費,也耽誤了模具交貨與量產時間,進而延遲產品上市的時間,對於企業而言無疑是重大損失;因此試模時所累積的經驗與數據,應該成為每一次開發新產品時的重要參考依據,以減少試模、修模的次數,在最短的時間達到量產的目的。 設計變更是一組模具交貨前忌諱發生的流程,一旦確定需要對模具進行設計變更,不僅對於整體進度有所延誤,交貨日期可能亦會耽擱而造成客戶信任下降。為求使設變時可有較為準確的依據,會以試模現場人員所遞交的報告書做為參考,如何將試模人員的知識及試模資訊回饋讓設計人員運用,進而產生有效的互動,提高產品開發速度,減少設變次數並縮短開發時間,將是值得努力的方向。 本研究以CAD軟體Pro/ENGINNER內嵌的瀏覽器,開發一套具知識化模具試模引導流程,藉由流程步驟,提供缺陷建議方法,以及試模知識管理與報告表單的編輯數位化,減少試模人員在試模階段的失誤與次數,進而將每次試模資料回饋至知識庫整合,便於往後其他產品的模具設計參考使用;並架構出具知識化試模知識庫,使用者藉由試模專案的資料參考,讓設變流程能夠依據知識庫提供的資訊,配合設計變更引導流程使用,使設變人員更清楚瞭解設變重點及內容。加速產品開發的速度,減少試模次數與設變修改時間。

The market demand of products is diverse and the processing cycle has been shortened in recent years. Therefore, the problems of designing, manufacturing, and developing become more complicated. In the stage of trials after the mold is produced and assembled, the product and its design may have to be altered or changed because of the defects or the deviation of the original design. These not only waste resources but also delay the due date and the producing time and then postpone the time of the product’s availability. It is indeed a great loss for the companies. As a result, the experience and data accumulated in trials should be important references in developing new products, in order to reduce trials and modification and reach the purpose of mass production. Design alteration is the least wanted problem before delivery. Once the alteration is confirmed, not only the overall progress but also the due date shall be delayed, and this may damage the client’s trust of the result. To make sure that there are more accurate data in design alteration, the reports handed in by the personnel’s at the trials are considered. How to send the knowledge of the personnel’s at trials and the information of the trials back to the designers, then produce effective interaction to fasten the development and reduce design alteration and shorten developing time is the directions worth of working. The study uses the browser built in the CAD software, Pro/ENGINEER, to develop a guiding process of mold trials with knowledge management. Through the process, there are suggestions for defects, trials knowledge management and digital edition of report form. It can reduce errors at trials and then send the trials information back to be integrated with the database, provided as references of designing other products. The process constructs trials database with knowledge. With the references of trials projects and the guiding process of design alteration, the users can make the procedure of design alteration follow the information provided in the database. It can help the personnel who are responsible for design alteration to clearly understand the alteration point and the content. Therefore, the developing time is fastened and the trials and alteration time is reduced.
