賣方管理存貨與二階規劃策略之最佳補貨存貨模式

摘要


隨著全球化趨勢的增加、資訊技術和生產技術的進步,已經導致激烈的競爭並且使得公司更集中於供應鏈管理。當代研究供應鏈管理逐漸認知到供應鏈管理的整合型的規劃上,需要協調企業內部不同的功能(例如:行銷、採購、製造與配送等)。因此,強調供應鏈的協調運作在近年來已逐漸成為供應鏈管理的重要議題之一。論文的主要的目的是探討在賣方管理存貨系統與二階規劃策略,供應商和買方的最佳化存貨模式。首先,論文提出損耗性與再製造產品在賣方管理存貨系統中供應商和買方的整合型存貨模型並建立數學模式推導以求得模式的最佳解。數值範例與敏感度分析,提供各參數對買方、賣方與產品回收流程等影響。其次,建立隨時間而發生產品價格變動的二階規劃最佳化存貨模型。研究提出二階優越的基因演算法以求得二階規劃策略模式的最佳解。數值範例與敏感度分析,提供各參數對模式之影響。最後,論文的研究結果提供在賣方管理存貨與二階規劃策略下設計供應鏈的管理洞察力。

Increased globalization, improved information technology, advanced production technology, and environmental claims are all important factors that have led to increased competition and led to firms being more focused on supply chain management. Contemporary research in supply chain management relies on a raised recognition that an integrated plan, for the supply chain as a whole, requires coordinating different functional specialties within a firm (e.g., marketing, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, etc.). Consequently, emphasis on supply chain coordination has been an important issue in recent years. The major purpose of this dissertation is to derive the replenishment inventory models for the supplier and the buyer in vendor managed inventory (VMI) system and bi-level strategy. First of all, we propose a supplier-buyer integrated profit model with a remanufactured product for deteriorating item under a VMI strategy. We provide a mathematical approach to derive the optimal solution. The numerical example and sensitivity analysis are used to show the impacts on the buyer, the supplier, and the return process factors. Second, we develop optimal bi-level strategy models with a time-varying product price. A bi-level elitist genetic algorithm is presented to solve the proposed bi-level problems. The numerical examples and sensitivity analyses are provided to show the impacts on the parameters. Finally, the results of this study provide managerial insights to the design of a supply chain with respect to the VMI and bi-level strategies.
