隨著市場日益全球化和國際競爭,而未來之趨勢隨著新技術之引進將導致生產系統變得越來越複雜。這也呈現出一個新的商機、持續不斷的挑戰且也帶來了更大的企業競爭當其目標是建立以顧客為中心之系統。然而,即使是現代化之生產過程也可能產生不符合公司所訂定之規格,而增加了公司不必要之成本負擔。基於以上之原因,決定生產系統之特性,將可以防止企業營業成本之增加,也可以維持可接受之需求等級。 本研究將針對三種伴隨著不完美生產系統之完美及不完美重工過程進行分析,並推導出最佳化操作策略及服務水準之關係。本研究將建議一修改之經濟批量模式並獲得封閉式之解答,後續經由數值分析及敏感度分析驗證本研究所提出之模型,並透過操作排程證明實際之使用狀況。管理的見解提供了決策之制定,並實施了最佳化之存貨策略伴隨著不完美生產系統且實現了確定性之服務等級。
With the increasing market globalization and international competition, trends regarding production system have become more complex through the advancement of technologies. It presents new business opportunities, continuous challenges, and greater competition between firms especially when one of its goals is to perform at a customer-focused system. However, even the modern production system may generate outputs that may not conform to the desired specifications making the firm to bear additional unnecessary costs. With this, determining the characteristics of one’s production system may prevent the business to suffer increased operating costs while maintaining an acceptable demand fulfillment. In this research, three cases of imperfect production system having perfect and imperfect rework processes are analyzed and the relationship between optimal operating policies and service level requirement are derived. Closed-form solutions are obtained and the expressions for modifying the optimal batch quantity are proposed. Numerical examples and sensitivity analyses are performed to validate the models and operational schedules are shown to demonstrate the practical use of the study. Managerial insights are provided for decision-making towards implementing optimal inventory policies on imperfect production systems achieving a certain degree of service level.
