摘要

商業智慧是近年來提倡的一種解決平台，主要在強調整合各種大量資料來源(如ERP、SCM、CRM…等)，並透過強大的多維度運算技術取得動態資訊的能力。其技術架構包括資料倉儲(Data Warehouse)、線上分析處理(On-Line Analytical Processing)及資料探勘(Data Mining) ，用以產出提供經理人做決策前需要的情報，或是轉化成一種經營智慧，做為調整營運策略方針的輔助工具。企業將過往許多的商業行為加以整理分析成有用的經驗，商業智慧就是從這些經驗累積而來。商業智慧(Business Intelligence，BI)正以大量儲存空間與人性化的資料模型彌補企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP) (系統的歷史資料儲存限制與資料查詢不易的限制，是幫助企業提高經營績效的管理工具。有「商業智慧」的企業，才可以在瞬息萬變的局勢中做出正確的決策，讓每個人都能夠及時獲得有用的資訊，以做出正確的判斷，進而提升企業決策的品質、改善營運績效。
本研究應用 劉得泰，淺談商業智慧系統發展的方法為研究分析基礎，透過多重個案研究方法，訪問國內外軟體顧問廠商協助企業導入商業系統方法論，探討其在導入的步驟深入瞭解企業導入商業智慧(BI)的手法，並且比較企業導入商業智慧(BI)的步驟狀況與影響導入方法的因子經驗。不僅可以讓企業更加瞭解商業智慧(BI)導入時的問題意涵，有效減少導入成本而且還可以學習如何減輕這些問題所帶來的風險，以實現商業智慧(BI)的企業價值。

The Business Intelligence is one kind of solution platform which the recent years advocated, mainly in emphasis conformity each kind of massive data source(Example:ERP、SCM、CRM…)，And penetrates the formidable multi-dimension operation technology to obtain the dynamic information ability. Its technical construction includes Data Warehouse、On-Line Analytical Processing、Data Mining . Before delivers provides the manager to make the information which the decision-making needs, perhaps transforms one kind of management wisdom, does for the adjustment transport business strategy policy auxiliary means. The enterprise the passing many business dealing will reorganize analyzes the useful experience, the Business Intelligence will be accumulates from these experiences. The Business Intelligence makes up the ERP system's historic information storage limit and the material inquiry not easy limit by the mass storage space and the user-friendly material model, is helps the enterprise to enhance the management achievements the management tool. Has the Business Intelligence enterprise, only then may make the correct decision-making in the fast changing situation, enables each people to obtain the useful information promptly, makes the correct judgment, then promotion enterprise decision-making quality, improvement transport business achievements.
This research applies Liu , Discusses the Business Intelligence system development shallowly the method for the research analysis foundation, By the multiple case study method, visits domestic and foreign software consultant the manufacturer assistance enterprise to induct the Business Intelligence system methodology, discusses its step inquire deeply enterprise which establishes to induct the Business Intelligence system's method. And the comparison enterprise inducts the Business Intelligence the step condition and the influence inducts the method the factor experience. Not only may let the enterprise even more understand the Business Intelligence inducts when the question meaning, how does the effective reduction induct the cost moreover also to be possible to study reduces the risk which these questions bring, realizes the Business Intelligence enterprise value.
