半導體產業廠商推動工業4.0策略分析

本研究的目的在於探討半導體產業推動工業4.0策略分析，以文獻回顧方式了解半導體產業、工業4.0技術發展概況，並藉由產業白皮書作為研究基礎針對我國產業進行通盤了解，輔以專利分析掌握全球工業4.0技術發展現況，再利用PEST工具針對我國半導體產業進行總體分析，最終以SWOT導出半導體產業推動工業4.0的具體導入策略。研究結果發現，我國半導體產業擁有優良研發環境、具備十足發展工業4.0條件，然工業4.0技術的發展起步較晚，技術自主化能量相對不足。企業施行之初應先從投入研發人力以清楚規劃出專屬的技術路程圖、完善資安防護系統，以及建立最基礎的初步連線做起，而後尋求工業4.0國際領導廠商的外部資源導入，以站在巨人肩膀上之姿進軍智慧製造領域是為具體措施。

The purpose of this study aim to explore the strategic analysis of promoting Industry 4.0 for semiconductor manufacturers industry. Literature review help us to understand the technology development of the semiconductor industry and Industry 4.0. Besides, the industry white paper was utilized for comprehensively understanding Taiwan industry and as the research basis. Patent analyzing was used to understand the global industry 4.0 technology development status. Political, Economic, Social, Technology (PEST) tool was used to analyze the semiconductor industry in Taiwan. Finally, the specific introduction strategy for promote industry 4.0 to semiconductor industry was derived with SWOT. Results show that the industry condition and R D energy in Taiwan are excellent and powerfully for semiconductor industry to develop industry 4.0 technology. However, compare to the advanced countries, the development of Industry 4.0 technology is late, and the energy of technology autonomy is relatively insufficient. At the beginning of implementation, enterprises should start by investing in R D manpower to clearly plan an exclusive technical route map, improve the security protection system, and establish the most basic initial connection, and then seek the introduction of external resources from industry 4.0 international leading manufacturers to standing on the shoulders of giants to enter the field of smart manufacturing is a concrete measure.
