高職綜合職能科輔導學生參與丙級證照技能檢定考試實施現況與評價之調查

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市與新北市各所公私立高職綜合職能科輔導學生參與丙級證照技能檢定考試之實施現況與教師對輔導學生參與技能檢定考試之成效評價。本研究採問卷調查法,以臺北市與新北市公私立高職綜合職能科教師為研究對象。研究工具為自編「高職綜合職能科輔導學生參與技能檢定考試實施現況與成效評價之調查問卷」。研究調查所得資料將以平均數、標準差進行統計分析,再依研究結果加以討論,並根據研究發現針對在輔導學生參與技能檢定考試之實施作法上提出進一步研究建議。本研究結果如下: 一、13所高職中僅有四所高職未曾輔導學生參與技能檢定考試。9所高職以輔導「門市服務」、「中餐烹調」與「烘焙食品」最多數;多數以搭配原來課程輔導,並以該堂課教師為主要授課教師,導師為輔,人力以1~2人最多數,教師多數已具有技能檢定證照;教學時間多以1~4節為主;並以高一與高二學生為主要輔導對象;參與的學生多經過態度與能力的篩選,並以教師平日觀察為依據;輔導的職類項目以對未來就業有助益為目標;每年報考與通過技能檢定考試的學生數各約為1~5人;而平時的教學中佔最多數的困擾為:缺乏足夠練習時間、考照難度過高、未獲得行政資源支持與專業場地和設備不足…等。 二、高職綜合職能科教師對輔導學生參與技能檢定考試整體成效評價高。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current conditions and effects in teaching vocational high school students with disabilities to prepare for level c skills certified technician tests. This study uses the questionnaire survey procedure. A total of 100 catering teachers are the research subjects, who teach students with disabilities from public and private vocational high schools in Taipei City and New Taipei City. The questionnaire is designed by the researcher and titled as “Investigation of Current Conditions and Effects in Teaching Vocational High School Students with Disabilities to Prepare for Level C Certified Technician Tests” The questionnaire data are analyzed by means, standard deviations a. Based on the results of this study, suggestions are further provided for prospective researchers who conduct similar researches. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 一、Among those 13 vocational high schools in the study, only 4 schools haven't helped students join certified technician tests. In the rest of the 9 schools, categories of Chain Store Service, Chinese Cuisine Cookery, and Food Baking are the most popular counseling programs, most of which are conducted with the original classes. The teachers are mainly those in charge of the original classes, and homeroom teachers are secondary. Those counseling teachers have technician certificates, the number of whom is normally 2. The teaching duration is between 2 to 4 classes. 10th and 11th students are the target consultants. The criteria to join the programs are mainly teachers’ observations on students’ attitude and ability. The counseling categories are aimed to increase students' future employment rate. The average passing rate of the certified technician tests is 1 to 5 students per year. The daily troublesome factors of counseling are the lack of practice time, the difficulty of the exams, the lack of supports from the administrative resources, and the insufficiency of professional facilities. 二、Teachers of the two cities speak highly of counseling students to join certified technician tests.
