企業導入產品服務化系統之可行性評估

摘要


近年來人類的經濟活動和產業革命已衍生出許多環境問題,例如溫室效應及生產過剩所造成的環境汙染等,為了人類的永續發展,減少資源的消耗是必須的,但是又不能影響到人類基本生活所需要消耗的資源,因此有了去物質化(dematerialization)概念的提出,目前歐盟推行的整合性產品政策(Integrated Product Policy, IPP),就是透過將資源使用效率和減少能源消耗的方法,不斷改善產品生命週期的環境績效;而延長生產者責任(Extended Product Responsibility, EPR),則是讓企業善盡社會責任,鼓勵企業將產品回收和資源再利用,以上兩者的目標都是要達到去物質化。產品服務化也是一個去物質化的方法,產品服務化藉由產品所提供之服務或功能取代實體產品,減少產品原物料的資源消耗,降低環境汙染,減少生產成本,甚至增加企業獲利,達成企業、顧客、環境三贏的局面。然而並不是每一種產品都適合產品服務化系統,建置一套分析產品導入產品服務化系統之可行性程度的方法是本研究之主要目標。首先透過文獻分析法,研擬產品導入產品服務化系統之影響因素因子,第二部分使用模糊分析層級程序法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP)專家問卷確認其影響因素之權重值,建構完整之產品服務化影響因素框架,第三部分透過選擇轉換本質法(Elimination et Choice Translating Reality, ELECTRE)評估產品導入產品服務化系統之可行性,最後透過案例研究之實證確認整個產品服務化評估框架的完整性,提供欲推動產品服務化的企業參考,促使更多的產品能夠導入產品服務化系統,達到永續發展之最終目標。

In recent years, human economic activities and the industrial revolution has spawned many environmental problems, such as the greenhouse effect and environmental pollution caused by the overproduction. For the sustainable development of the human, reducing resource consumption is necessary, but it can not affect human basic living needs of the resources consumed, hence the concept of dematerialization is proposed, currently implemented in the Europe integrated Product policy, is through the efficient use of resources and reduce energy consumption continuously improve the environmental performance of the product life cycle; extended producer responsibility is to allow enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and encourage enterprises to recycle and reuse of resources, both goals are to achieve the dematerialization. Products-Service-System is also a method to achieve the dematerialization. Products-Service-System provide service or function instead of physical products, reducing the resource consumption of raw materials, reduce environmental pollution, reduce production costs, and even to increase corporate profits reached enterprise, customer, environment-win situation. However, Products-Service-System is not suitable for every kind of product, build a tool of analysis the feasibility of enterprise import Product-Service-System is the main objective of this study. First use literature analysis, to develop the impact factors of Products-Service-System, the second part of using fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process expert questionnaire confirm that the influencing factors of weight values to construct a complete Products-Service-System framework of the factors, the third part through Elimination et Choice Translating Reality evaluate the product to import the feasibility of the Products-Service-System, and finally through the empirical case studies to confirm the integrity of the entire Products-Service-System assessment framework , providing the enterprises that want to import Products-Service-System as a reference.Promote more products to import the Products-Service-System to achieve the ultimate goal of sustainable development
