摘要

隨著時代的進步，網際網路已發展到了一個成熟的地步。這也推動了企業e化的潮流。其中以企業資源管理系統(Enterprise Resource Planning，ERP)為主要代表。企業使用ERP 系統的目的，最主要是希望能整合企業內部作業工作，有效降低企業營運成本，縮短作業時間以及即時掌握企業內部資源使用狀況，提供企業在決策時能有相關的資料可作為參考。

但是企業若選擇目前市面上現有的ERP 系統如SAP 、Oracle等套裝軟體可能會遇到導入時間過長，無法達到客製化甚至企業必須修改本身的商業流程去配合套裝軟體以及成本過高等問題。選擇自行或委託開發ERP系統，卻需要面對溝通不易容易產生誤解、專案進度落後以及專案失敗的風險。

本開發系統主要建構於Oracle XE資料庫之上，加上由MyEclipse開發工具與Java及XML等技術所開發出來的前端開發工具。開發系統除了能夠擁有一般ERP系統的基本功能例如員工帳號管理、員工資料維護、帳號管理或組織樹狀圖，還能夠做到即時訊息通知的動作例如當有客戶下訂單，可是貨物產品庫存量卻不夠，此時系統應當發出通知訊息給相關的管理人員，讓管理人員去作相對應的處理動作。除此之外，開發系統也提供了一個方法，讓使用者能夠簡易且快速的開發出符合本身所需求的樣式及功能的各式表單。

本次研究的目的，是期望能整合目前已發展成熟的相關技術，開發出一套能達到快速反應及具有彈性目標的商業流程開發系統平台。利用這個開發平台來改善傳統ERP系統導入與開發之彈性與成本問題。

With the progress of the times, the internet network has already developed into a ripe stage。This has promoted enterprise's electronization trend too。 Among them is main representatives with Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)。Enterprise use purpose， Enterprise Resource Planning， is it can combine enterprise the homework works to hope while being main，reduce the operating cost of enterprises effectively， shorten activity duration and grasp inside enterprises immediatelying， resources use the state， offer enterprise can have relevant materials can as reference while making policy。

But if enterprises choose at present it is too long that on the market existing suit software such as SAP，Oracle of ERP system may be met and channelled into time，it is unable to reach guests and make and melt even enterprises must revise one's own commercial procedure to cooperate with the suit software and cost to cross the high problem 。

This develop the system is the front developing instrument that is constructed mainly on Oracle XE database、MyEclipse developing instrument and Java and XML。This develop the system have except basic function of general ERP system，develop system offer one method too，let user can simple and easy and is it accord with the design and various types of forms of the function of demand to developing fast。

Purpose of this research, has expected to be able to combine and already develop ripe relevant technology at present, developing one set can reach the fast reaction and commercial procedure with elastic goal and develop the systematic platform 。 Make use of this developing platform to improve the elasticity channelled into and developed in traditional ERP system and cost question。
