在一般的企業管理中,採購模式與決策一直為生產管理中相當重要的一環,而採購最佳化模式的目的,在於使用有限的採購預算,規劃如何用最低的材料成本及客製化的回應來滿足顧客對產品的需求。而採購決策乃是如何決定每次訂購量及訂購時間,使能達成供應商管理的目的。 本文針對企業採購資源運用的研究和探討,仍是著重於使用分析方法、統計方法,尋求最適之採購預算、最佳的資源分配和最佳的利潤產出。然而各相關成本間有著取捨關係,將產生不同的產品成本組合,在實務上業者追求的是客製化水準和計劃生產成本間得到相同最大利潤的平衡點,這複雜的關係絕非一般直覺思考,簡單計算判斷就能取得其中的最佳解,是以本文有效的利用解決複雜問題的模式,藉由最適採購預算的計算結果,針對觸控面板生產的採購模式、材料成本、計劃生產與客製化生產做一最佳化的模擬分析,為了找尋可行解,本研究引入線性多目標決策的目標規劃方法。
In general business management policies, the purchase management and decision - makings have been the very important of the business administration. The object of the purchase management is satisfy the customer demand with minimum material cost; and the purchase policy is how to decide the quantity or timing of every order times, that can reach the object of the supply chain management. This study aims at the supervision strategy of the business purchase system, is still to make use of mathematics and statistics computational method, compute the most optimal order quantity, the best opportune moment of reorder time. The different product policy relates to the different holding cost assemble, all operators of the business practice is looking for the balance point between customize and material cost, in the complex relation, is not a general intuition thinking, simple computing criterion, can acquire among the best solution. So this paper makes use of the Mathematical formula simulation tool that is good to solve of the complex problem tool, establish the Mathematical calculation model, and aim at the manufacture of the best practices for touch panel (sensor), row material cost, build to order and configuration to order then do the system simulation analysis application. In order to find a feasible solution with information from different studies, this study combines the multiple criteria decision-making method with the preemptive goal programming to find the scenario in the case study.
