物體落地實驗系統建置與分析

Building a Experiment System and Analysis for Drop Tests of 3C Products

摘要


電子、資訊與通訊市場競爭相當激烈,以2003年一月份拓墣產業研究所調查中心之資料顯示,2010年行動電話市場產量將高達七億支以上,而其產量也將高達1000億美元以上,同時根據多家業者與各國市場研究單位評估也顯示,2003年一年之行動電話預估值即高達四億支以上。因此在市場競爭激烈的考量下,各家廠商紛紛應用各種方式提升研發技術與縮短研發時程。由於數值分析之進步,過去往往需等待產品設計完成後才可以做產品強健度與衝擊測試,近年來已可將許多品質檢測工作於產品設計時便一併完成。然而對於薄殼產品落地件測之模擬技術,實屬一新興技術。 本研究主要目的在利用3D繪圖軟體CATIA將模型建立出來並利用LS-DYNA軟體進行模擬分析。最後以簡易的實驗操作來與軟體的模擬結果相互結合比較。本研究所設計的模型係依據PANSONIC的GD90外殼幾何特徵點來設計,再依據CATIA的零件模組來建構出3D的模型,再使用FEB進行有限元素網格分割,及邊界條件和材質設定,然後使用LS-DYNA計算出結果。另外再利用在物品表面貼上加速規,實際實驗收錄加速度的值;和使用高速攝影機來拍攝實體外殼以類似自由落體方式落下之影像,並選寫程式在IDL軟體中讀入影像計算出衝擊加速度值,然後與LS-DYNA軟體模擬出的衝擊加速度結果互相比對,藉以認證使用有限元素軟體模擬的正確性。本論文的其餘部分由以下各章所組成,第一章介紹本研究的研究目的。和文獻探討。第二章介紹本研究的研究方法。第三章對於本研究的模擬部份及實驗結果做討論。最後,第四章於本研究做結論及說明未來展望。

It is quite fierce that electronic, information and communication market. According to the research report of 2003 in the institute of topological industry, the product quality of mobile phone in 2010 will grows up to seventy million. And the product value will be growing up to 100 billion dollar. And the same time, many property people also express that the product requirement will be forty million in 2003. In these reason, all property person improve the manufacture technique and decrease the development schedule. Because of the development of numerical analysis, the struck testing in the product can finish in same time when the product design finish. The main purpose of this paper to utilize 3D mapping software CATIA, we can construct a model then to use LS-DYNA software to do simulation and analysis. On the other hand, we will do a simple experiment to provide our purpose and compare with simulation analysis and experiment result. The parameters of the model depend on the case of PANSONIC GD90. Through the CATIA module to construct 3D model, then to use FEB to do finite element network division, set the boundary condition and material selection. Finally, we used LS-DYNA to calculate the simulation result and compare the experiment result. Our experiment setup includes a high speed camera and an accelerating machine, to acquire these images from a computer. And we also wrote an IDL program to analysis the velocity and strike acceleration from these images.
