摘要


這幾年亞洲也吹起了廉價航空的風潮,主打能夠以低廉的價格即可搭乘空中交通工具,也因為此一熱潮增加了許多亞洲空姐的職缺,對於亞洲國家來說,空姐這個職位被社會大眾普遍認為是一個自由且時尚的職位,女性只要從事航空相關行業,就會被認定為是一個知識水準高和面相姣好,且普遍認為女性能夠於機上擔任機組人員外表與外在條件皆有一定的水準;然而我們就拿亞洲與歐洲的廉價航空做為比較,亞洲的廉價航空公司對於女性機組人員的選拔條件,除了基礎的溝通能力與性格外,較為注重女性的外貌條件,在亞洲普遍的機組人員需要維持良好的體態與讓顧客感到親切舒適且自在的妝容,亞洲的機組人員對於該職位本身的“份內工作”較重於對於客人賓至如歸,滿足客人一切的需求,讓顧客能夠在機上的這段行程中感到備受關心,然而相較於非洲與美洲國家的廉價航空,航空公司對於空中機組人員的選拔則較沒有這麼多限制,對於機組人員外在條件的限制較為寬鬆,並且正著重在於技能與能力上的認可,通常錄取體能條件與體力較好的求職者,由此可知東方與西方對於機上女性機組人員的認知與想法差異甚大,而本篇論文將會歸納各國機上服務人員,並一窺各國對於女性機上服務人員,利用各項變數分別區隔出女性機上人員並做出分類與探討。 本研究採用內容分析法,以161張空服員照片作為樣本,進行次數分析與卡方檢定,以了解各變項地使用頻率與檢測不同變項的觀察值之間,是否具有特殊的關聯性(邱皓政,2001)。

The Asian crew members are more likely to feel at home in this position than to be at home for the guests, to satisfy all the needs of the guests and to let the customers Can feel very concerned about this flight on board, but compared to low-cost airlines in African and American countries, airlines have fewer restrictions on the selection of air crews, and more restrictions on the external conditions of crew members. Loose and focusing on the recognition of skills and abilities, usually recruiting candidates with good physical conditions and physical strength, it can be seen that the East and the West have very different perceptions and ideas for female crew members on board, and this paper will Summarize the on-board service personnel of various countries, and glimpse the female on-board service personnel of various countries, use various variables to separate the female on-board personnel and make a classification and discussion. In this study, the content analysis method was used, with 161 flight attendant photos as samples, frequency analysis and chi-square test were conducted to understand whether there is a special correlation between the frequency of use of each variable and the observation value of detecting different variables (Qiu Haozheng, 2001).
