國中學生知覺導師服務領導、學生人際關係與班級歸屬感關係之研究：以桃園市為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討桃園市國中學生知覺導師服務領導、學生人際關係與班級歸屬感之現況，分析不同背景變項之差異及相關情形，並探討三者因果徑路關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法，以桃園市國民中學公立學校學生為研究對象，分層隨機抽樣選取70所學校之1372位學生，以「桃園市國民中學導師服務領導、學生人際關係與班級歸屬感量表」為研究工具，使用李克特6點量表實施調查研究。問卷回收後取得1183份問卷，扣除無效問卷後，獲得1071份有效問卷，以描述性統計、平均數分析及單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果如下：
一、 桃園市國中學生知覺導師服務領導現況平均得分為4.991；學生人際關係現況平均得分為4.913；班級歸屬感現況平均得分為4.868，皆呈「高」程度之表現。
二、 不同背景變項之導師服務領導、學生人際關係與班級歸屬感知覺有所不同。
三、 導師服務領導、學生人際關係與班級歸屬感呈現顯著正相關。
四、 導師服務領導、學生人際關係與班級歸屬感三者之間具因果關係，學生人際關係對導師服務領導與班級歸屬感具中介效果。
最後，本研究依據上述得到的結果，提出相關建議，提供學校行政單位、學校教師、家長、學生與後續研究者作為參考。

This study aims to explore the relationships among junior high school students' perceptions of homeroom teachers' servant leadership, students' interpersonal relationships and sense of belongingness in the class in Taoyuan City, to analyze the differences of different background variables and the related situation. And to explore the relationship among the three causal pathways. The research method of this study is the questionnaire survey. Put the students of Taoyuan public junior high schools as our main research participants and choose 1372 students from 70 schools by delamination random sampling. We used homeroom teachers' servant leadership,students' interpersonal relationships and sense of belongingness in the class as our research instruments and proceed the survey research by Likert Scale.We got 1071 valid questionaires except invalid questionaires from 1183 retrieved responded ones.And then we proceeded our date analysis by descriptire ststistics analysis,means analysis and One way ANOVA.Research result are as below:
1. All the degree of homeroom teachers' servant leadership, students' interpersonal relationships and sense of belongingness in the class to those respondents are high.
2. The background variables have strong influences to the three factors.
3. There is a high correlation between every two variables of homeroom teachers' servant leadership, students' interpersonal relationships and sense of belongingness in the class.
4. “Students' interpersonal relationships” is the moderate variable of “homeroom teachers' servant leadership” and “sense of belongingness in the class”.
Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the elementary school administrtion ,teachers,parents,students and future researchers.
