本研究旨在探討國中教師工作壓力與情緒管理的情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以臺灣地區(不含離島地區)設有含集中式特教班與分散式資源班之公立國民中學教師為研究對象,包含普通與特教老師。以研究者自編的「國中教師工作壓力與情緒管理調查問卷」收集資料,共發出388 份,回收380份,有效問卷數372 份,有效問卷回收率為95.9%。所得資料以描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析等進行統計分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 1. 國中教師整體工作壓力程度屬於中等偏低程度,以「工作負荷」層面的工作壓力感受度最高,而在「人際關係」層面的工作壓力感受度最低。 2. 國中教師整體情緒管理能力屬於中等偏高程度,以「情緒覺察」層面的情緒管理能力最高,而在「情緒表達」層面的情緒管理能力最低。 3. 不同性別的國中教師,在「行政支持」與「整體工作壓力」層面的工作壓力感受程度達顯著差異,男性教師之工作壓力感受比女性教師大。不同任教類別的國中教師,在「人際關係」、「行政支持」與「整體工作壓力」層面的工作壓力感受程度達顯著差異,普通教師之工作壓力感受比特教教師大。 4. 不同年齡的國中教師,在「情緒調適」、「情緒同理」與「整體情緒管理」層面之情緒管理能力達顯著差異,年齡30歲以下的國中教師之情緒管理能力優於年齡31~40歲的國中教師。不同任教類別的國中教師,在「情緒同理」層面之情緒管理能力達顯著差異,特教教師之情緒管理能力優於普通教師。 5. 國中教師的整體工作壓力與整體情緒管理呈現低度負相關。 研究者依據上述研究結果,針對教育實務應用與未來研究提出建議以供參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between working stress and emotional management of junior high school teachers. A survey method research was used in this study.Subjects included 372 general education teachers(n=184) and special education teachers(n=188) who work in either resource rooms or self-contained classrooms at junior high schools in Taiwan.The measure, “Working Stress and Emotional Management of Junior High School Teachers Questionnaire”,developed in this study was used to collect data.Data collected were analyzed by using descriptive statistic methods, including mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The degree of working stress of junior high school teachers tended to be medium to low, and the highest stress came from “work load” and the lowest stress came from “interpersonal relationship” . 2. The level of emotional management of junior high school teachers tended to be medium to high, and the highest ability came from “emotional awareness” and the lowest ability came from “emotional expression”. 3. In working stress, there were significant differences among teachers with different genders, classes. 4. In emotional management, there were significant differences among teachers with different ages, classes. 5. There was low negative correlation between working stress and emotional management.
