日治時期台灣近代建築設備發展之研究

摘要

本研究是台灣近代建築基礎研究之一環，特別是涵蓋了技術史、生活史、產業史、防災史、公共衛生史等密切相關之近代建築設備發展的歷史研究。近代建築設備包括電氣設備、給排水及衛生消防設備、冷暖房空氣調節設備、昇降及輸送設備等。這些近代設備影響台灣近代建築的空間構成、建築計劃、建築高層化、大型化等影響，另外也關係著人類生活文明的演進、產業設備流通的發展、都市防災的設計觀念、衛生防疫系統的建立。

本文嘗試藉由各個不同設備發展的歷史，在論文的架構中先以近代建築設備的形成歷史背景做討論，而在為確立每種設備的歷史發展後，藉由現存的建築案例及文獻史料來論述設備的發展演變探討，以此瞭解日治時期近代建築設備的發展過程及分期概況。
本研究各章節的內容包括：
第一章 緒論
研究的動機、目的、研究範圍、對象、方法、流程以及調查案例的說明。

第二章 台灣近代建築設備形成背景概述
藉由清代台灣的近代化公共設施的建設以及日治後殖民政府對清代成果的延續，由此瞭解關於台灣近代建築設備形成的歷史背景。

第三章 台灣日治時期近代建築設備發展
針對基礎資料的瞭解，將日治時期近代建築中所使用的設備，將其歸納分類討論，並針對各項設備的歷史背景、日本建築設備發展概況等，作為瞭解台灣近代建築設備的基礎資料，並由此討論台灣的近代建築設備的引進過程、建築中使用方式及演變發展的情形。

第四章 結論
透過台灣近代建築設備的普查及使用狀況和資料建立，藉以瞭解日治時期台灣近代建築中建築設備的使用發展分期及運用情形。

The research is one link of the fundamental research in modern building in Taiwan, which specifically covers the historical study in technical, life, industrial, damage precaution, public hygiene and other relevant historical research of the development of the service equipment in modern building. Service equipments in modern building includes electronic one, water supply & drainage one, hygienic & fire control one, air regulation one of the room and elevator & transportation, etc. These service equipments influence the spatial construction, building plan, tallness and largeness of the building and other aspects, which also relate to the civil evolution of the mankind, development of the industrial equipment circulation, design concept of urban damage control and the establishment of the hygienic epidemic prevention system.

Different service equipment history is used upon the historical background discussion of the forming in the modern building in the framework of the dissertation; as the historical development of each service equipment is confirmed, current existed cases and historical documents & records are adopted for the narration of the development and evolution of the service equipment to understand its development procedure and periodical introduction in modern building of Taiwan during Japanese Colonial Period.
Content of each chapter of the research includes:
Chapter 1 Preface
Research motivation, purpose, scope, target, method, procedure and illustration of the case study.

Chapter 2 Background introduction of the forming of the service equipment in modern building of Taiwan
Understand the historical background of the forming of the service equipment in modern building of Taiwan from the modern public construction development of the Ching Dynasty and the continuous achievement of the Japanese Colonial Period.

Chapter 3 Development of the service equipment in modern building of Taiwan during Japanese Colonial Period
Classify and discuss the service equipment applied in the modern building during the Japanese Colonial Period focused toward the understating of basic information; also, each historical information and general situation of each service equipment during the Japanese Colonial Period are set as its basic data to understand that in modern building in Taiwan as the introduction procedure, application method of building and the evolution of the service equipment in modern building of Taiwan are discussed from here

Chapter 4 Conclusion
Understand the periodical development and application situation of the service equipment in the modern building of Taiwan during Japanese Colonial Period through the census ,application condition and data establishment.
