本論文研發一台放射醫療檢查輔助用可變式輪椅輔具,平常可以當正常輪椅使用,當推入放射室時可以變形成照射床使用,並且在研發過程中評估各部位機構所選用的材料及材質的安全性,並以此規劃使用方式及應該設置的使用限制,在確認尺寸、便利性與安全性等項目後,完成可變式輪椅輔具的組裝,以組裝結果分析及規劃臨床使用的方式。 由於人體的重量分布是非均勻的,有的人頭重腳輕,有的人則明顯身體軀幹較四肢來的重,因此必須取平均值來設計本輔具,且本論文之構想與市面上的產品設計邏輯不同,因此需要重新規劃設計,並分類出2類共8種機構詳細解說選配方式及製造方式,分別為作動機構類與基本結構類;作動機構類的部分,由於需要作動使可變式輪椅能運作,因此需要供電或是油壓等包含機械動能的系統,包含4種機構,分別為躺平機構、照射板機構、升降機構與移動機構,而作動機構之間的組合則需要各種不同類型的基本結構來配合,基本結構也包含4種機構,分別是載體、底板、防傾倒機構與額外周邊。 最後則在分析比較各種不同的設計方案後,選擇可行的機構方案,將這些最終方案組合成可變式輪椅輔具樣品,並測試是否符合輔具規畫的需求。
In this research, a dual-purpose convertible wheelchair is developed; in helps of medical-radiograph usage. Several properties are concerned in design phase which are listed as follow: Mechanism, Material, safety features, physical dimensions and user-friendly. All listed items are insure that this wheelchair can convert between normal wheelchair and radiography platform seamlessly. The disclaimer is be set, because of uneven-weight distribution form hu-man bodies all of design values had be averaged. Therefore, the design philos-ophy are different form market. This wheelchair are designed to be power in-dependent, so battery-based power was used. The movement actuations was derive by Hydraulic system and servo actuators. In categorizing, eight kinds of mechanisms / functions are studied in this research which can divided to Mo-tional-mechanism category and structural- mechanism category at bellows. Motional mechanism: Motional mechanisms serves multiplies functions, they are tilting mechanism (for body movement); radiograph mechanism (for radiograph board transportation); elevation mechanism and translation mecha-nism. Structural mechanism: In order to supporting all mechanism listed above, four fundamental Structures are needed. One is Load truss for body support, second a baes plate for all equipment’s loading, third an ant-rollover mecha-nism for safety reasons, fourth some auxiliary components are also added. In conclusions, dozens of designs has compare, test and analysis for vali-dating this wheelchair meets functions expected.
