住宅木作天花板工程之整體介面分析

摘要


摘要 台灣木作施作技術已逐漸成熟、模具化的情況下,在於新興產業與多樣化設備逐漸完善,建築不再只是給人居住的基本需求。住宅木作天花板也不再只是與燈具跟窗簾、線板等工程介面相關連,而是成為裝修工程裏工程介面的結合媒介。本文的研究目的是藉由探討住宅木工天花板,整理出住宅木作天花板相關的工程介面問題、住宅木作天花板相關材料及工法以及住宅木作天花板相關設備之施工及整合介面三面向,透過專家知識與實務操作建立系統思考的架構。本文的研究方法是個案研究,研究對象為工程實務案例及專家。資料收集方法為觀察法及專家訪談。本文的資料分析方法為個案分析以及專家訪談分析。研究成果指出,住宅木作天花板的相關工程包含了水電、燈具、泥作、廚具、鐵工等工程。住宅木作天花板的材料介面分為面材、角材以及裝飾材,相關的設備介面有冷氣、消防設備、燈具、四合一抽風機等,施工流程為冷氣先配冷煤管及排水管,若為吊隱式冷氣則需先吊掛室內主機,水電也可同時配線及打牆埋管,再來為木工釘製角材,骨架釘製完成後吊隱式冷氣則需配置風管,若有灑水頭需於骨架釘製好後修改灑水頭高度。監視系統及音響系統也需要此時配置線路,最後再封板。在相關設備之施工介面裏,住宅木作天花板是在室內裝修中扮演了最終整合的角色。後續研究將探討商業空間天花板的相關工程介面以及木作天花板施工界面問題知識庫之建立,歸納出諸多的介面問題,進而完成施工界面問題知識庫的理論架構。

Abstract Taiwan's wood construction technology has gradually matured and become mold-oriented. It is because of the gradual improvement of emerging industries and diversified equipment that construction is no longer just a basic need for people to live. Residential wooden ceilings are no longer just related to engineering interfaces such as lamps, curtains, and wire panels, but become the integration medium of engineering interfaces in decoration projects. The research purpose of this article is to explore three aspects of residential wood ceilings related engineering interface issues, residential wood ceilings related materials and construction methods, and residential wood ceilings related equipment construction and integration interfaces through expert knowledge. Establish a system thinking structure with practical operations. The research method of this article is a case study, and the research objects are engineering practical cases and experts. The data collection methods are observation method and expert interview. The data analysis methods of this article are case analysis and expert interview analysis.The research results pointed out that the related projects of residential wood ceilings include water and electricity, lamps, mud, kitchenware, ironwork and other projects. The material interfaces of residential wood ceilings are divided into face materials, angle materials and decorative materials. The related equipment interfaces include air-conditioning, fire-fighting equipment, lamps, four-in-one exhaust fans, etc. To hang the hidden air conditioner, you need to hang the indoor host first. The water and electricity can also be wired and the wall buried pipe at the same time, and then the carpenter nails the angle. The height of the sprinkler head needs to be modified after the frame is nailed. The monitoring system and sound system also need to configure the circuit at this time, and finally seal the board. In the construction interface of related equipment, residential wood ceilings play the final integrated role in interior decoration. Subsequent research will discuss the establishment of a knowledge base of related engineering interfaces for commercial space ceilings and wooden ceiling construction interface problems, and summarize many interface problems, and then complete the theoretical framework of the construction interface problem knowledge base.
