Higher-Order Impedance Functions Using Current Conveyors

摘要


摘要 本論文提出了一個使用電流傳輸器所構成的高階串聯阻抗模擬器。所提出之電路只需要使用接地電容器和電阻器。從積體電路製造的觀點,接地電容器可以消去寄生電容效應,對於製程有很大的效益。以一個帶通濾波器來說明所提出電路的應用。

Abstract The configuration for realizing higher-order series impedance functions using current conveyors is presented. The proposed circuit requires only grounded resistors and capacitors. As an example of its application, bandpass filter is given with simulation result.
