摘要

企業所處的商業環境是一個容易變動的環境，因此支援企業營運的資訊系統必須提供敏捷、不受限制的整合能力。服務導向架構設計與建置的資訊系統，能透過動態組件讓資訊系統具備彈性，藉此快速的重組企業所需的工作流程。
服務導向架構的重點在於「服務」資訊系統的規劃和設計，因此本論文參考許多學者的研究而提出本論文的方法，以尋找符合企業目標並能支援其工作流程的服務。此方法從企業營運著手找尋適當的服務，透過領域拆解、領域模型找出重用性較高的服務，並且透過目標服務模型找出能符合企業目標的服務，再將各服務與工作流程進行對照決定出企業將使用的服務。
本研究透過所提出方法對案例學校的國際學生申請入學業務進行實做，找出該業務將使用的服務，藉此比較服務導向方式建置的工作流程與非服務導向方式建置的工作流程間差異。結果顯示服務導向方式建置的工作流程所使用的服務可以被其他工作流程重用，因此縮短建置其他工作流程所需的時間，然而以非服務導向方式建置的工作流程則無法被其他工作流程重用。

The business environment changes frequently and sharply now days; therefore, information systems have to be agile and flexible for supporting enterprises. The business workflows need to be changed and implemented faster than usual. It is well accepted that an information system designed and implemented with service-oriented architecture (SOA) possesses changing ability.
The key of implementing SOA system is to identify services for the information system; therefore, this research proposed an identifying methodology based on many published methods to obtain proper services. This methodology is a Top-Down approach to identify services through domain decomposition and domain model. On the other hand, services are identified through goal service model which conform business goals. The next step is to match services with business workflows to decide which services should be implemented. Services identified by this method may conform to business goals, properly support workflows, and be reused by other workflows.
The research applied the proposed method to implement an on-line application system with SOA for the office of international affairs in University A. The research identified and developed which services should be used in this system to support the application workflow. This system was compared with the application system built with non-SOA approach. The comparison showed that both systems perform well; however, the developed services could be reused by other workflows. This advantage shortens the developing time of implementing other workflows, but non-SOA workflow system falls short.
