利用廢棄寶特瓶作為配位基來源來合成金屬有機骨架化合物之研究

在本論文中,主要是利用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯[poly(ethylene terephthalate), PET]當作配位基的直接來源,利用調整合成條件合成出十個具有孔洞性的金屬有機骨架(Metal organic frameworks,MOFs) ,它們的分子式分別為: [Zr6O4(OH)4(BDC)6]…….....(UiO-66(Zr)-PET) [Hf6O4(OH)4(BDC)6]……....(UiO-66(Hf)-PET) [Ti8O8(OH)4(BDC)]………......(MIL-125-PET) [Ca(BDC)(H2O)3]……….……..(Ca-BDC-PET) [Mg(BDC)(H2O)2]……..….......(Mg-BDC-PET) [Fe2(BDC)2(DABCO)]…..... (Fe-DABCO-PET) [Co2(BDC)2(DABCO)]….... (Co-DABCO-PET) [Ni2(BDC )2(DABCO)]……. (Ni-DABCO-PET) [Cu2(BDC)2(DABCO)]……. (Cu-DABCO-PET) [Zn2(BDC)2(DABCO)]……. (Zn-DABCO-PET) 以上的化合物,在結構鑑定上,我們會以粉末X-射線繞射儀(PXRD)來鑑定產物是否被成功的合成出;再利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)來佐證PXRD的結果,並測量其氣體吸附,證實所合成的MOFs跟文獻所報導是相似的。

Abstract The thesis describes the synthesis of ten well-known metal organic frameworks (MOFs) using polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as a direct source of 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2BDC) ligand. The synthesized MOFs are designated as follows, [Zr6O4(OH)4(BDC)6]……....(UiO-66(Zr)-PET) [Hf6O4(OH)4(BDC)6]……....(UiO-66(Hf)-PET) [Ti8O8(OH)4(BDC)]…………...(MIL-125-PET) [Ca(BDC)(H2O)3]………….…..(Ca-BDC-PET) [Mg(BDC)(H2O)2]………..…...(Mg-BDC-PET) [Fe2(BDC)2(DABCO)]…..... (Fe-DABCO-PET) [Co2(BDC)2(DABCO)]….... (Co-DABCO-PET) [Ni2(BDC )2(DABCO)]……. (Ni-DABCO-PET) [Cu2(BDC)2(DABCO)]……. (Cu-DABCO-PET) [Zn2(BDC)2(DABCO)]……. (Zn-DABCO-PET) These MOFs were structurally identified by using powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) measurements. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images confirms the particle nature and size of the synthesized MOFs. Finally, gas sorption measurements have been done for all the MOFs to identify their porous properties. All the above characterization techniques strongly supported that the MOFs synthesized using PET are similar to their literature reports.
