高中生生活壓力的因應策略、生氣表達 與憂鬱程度之關係研究- 以桃園縣私立高中為例

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣私立高中面對生活壓力的因應策略、生氣表達與憂鬱程度三者間的相關研究。以桃園縣私立高中五所學校的學生共632位為施測對象,採立意取樣選取樣本。透過問卷調查法以「青少年生活壓力因應量表」、「生氣表達量表」與「青少年憂鬱情緒自我檢視表」為研究工具實施調查研究,分析不同背景變之差異、相關、預測情形。並將調查資料所得以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、路徑分析等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究發現彙整如下: 一、 高中生憂鬱程度的現況需要專業人士評估與協助者占17.2%,約六分之一。 二、 高中生生活壓力因應策略最常以「與好友商量」,最少的是「尋求專家協助」。 三、 高中生生氣表達最常以「放在心裡」,最少的是「間接表達」。 四、 不同性別之高中生其「與好友商量」、「轉換身心情境」、「尋求專家協助」等生活壓力因應策略達顯著差異。 五、 不同性別之高中生其「語言表達」、「放在心裡」等生氣表達方式達顯著差異。 六、 不同年級之高中生其「與家人溝通」達顯著差異。 七、 不同年級之高中生其「整體憂鬱程度」以及在「情緒」、「行為」、「認知」等各層面的憂鬱狀況均達顯著差異。 八、 不同居住地之高中生其「好友商量」、「面對壓力」等因應策略達顯著差異。 九、 不同居住地之高中生其「認知」層面的憂鬱狀況達顯著差異。 十、 私校高中生的生氣表達與憂鬱程度之間具有顯著負相關。 十一、 生活壓力因應策略與生氣表達之間具有顯著正相關。 十二、 經過路徑分析檢視,私校高中生之生氣表達對憂鬱具有顯著直接效果,但透過生活因應策略對憂鬱不具間接效果,此外生活因應策略對憂鬱亦不具顯著影響。 最後整理本研究之討論並提出結論,期對學校的教師、諮商輔導工作者與相關研究者有實際上的建議。

Abstract This study aims to investigate the life stress coping strategies, anger expression, and depression among the private high school students in Taoyuan County. The participants are consist of 632 students from five private high schools in Taoyuan County Three questionnaires were used to investigate the related variables. The three questionnaires were: "Youth Life Stress Coping Scale", "Anger Expression Scale in Youth" and "Adolescent Depression Self-Views". The statistic analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, path analysis. The results of the study are summarized below: 1. 17.2% (aobut one sixth) of the high school students demonstrated high scores in depression and need need professional help. 2. High school life stress coping strategies most often "talk with a friend," the least is "to seek professional help". 3. The most often adopted anger expression for high school students is " place in my heart" and the least is " indirect expression". 4. Gender difference are found in the high school students’ life stress coping strategies, in the subscales of "with friends to discuss", "Convert physical and mental situation," "seek expert assistance". 5. Gender difference are found in the high school students’ anger expression, in the subscales of "Oral expression"and "place in my heart". 6. Grades difference are found in the high school students’ stress coping strategies, in the subscales of "communicate with family". 7. Grades difference are found in the high school students’ depression, in the subscales of "overall level of depression", "emotional", "behavior", "cognitive". 8. Residence difference are found in the high school students’ stress coping strategies, in the subscales of "friends talk", "face the pressure of". 9. Residence difference are found in the high school students’ depression, in the subscales of "cognitive". 10. A signicant negative correlation between the expression of anger and depression was found. 11. A signicant positive correlation between stress coping strategies and the expression of anger was found. 12. Anger expression had a direct effect toward depression, but no indirect effect. Life stress coping strategies demonstrated no effect on depression. Finally, a the findings were discussed and further suggestions with regard to teachers, workers of the school counseling office, and related researchers were recommended
