本研究以員工個人層次觀點,探討員工安全需求、安全文化知覺與安全行為間的關係,其中安全需求可區分為低階安全需求與高階安全需求,本研究將分別進行討論。本研究採用委託施測,針對台灣三家石化廠的第一線操作員工進行問卷調查,三家樣本公司分別回收151、191、195筆有效資料,合計537筆。研究結果顯示:(1)安全需求可被區分為低階安全需求與高階安全需求;(2)員工之安全需求與安全行為呈顯著相關;(3)員工的安全需求與安全文化知覺呈顯著正相關;(4)安全文化知覺向度在安全需求與安全行為間有調節效果,且依據安全順從與安全參與行為的性質而有不同結果。最後根據本研究結果,進一步說明研究限制與未來方向,並提供實務上的管理意涵。
This study is to investigate the impact of employees’ safety needs on safety behavior, and explore the moderating role of the perception of safety culture. This study use entrusted testing questionnaires in the first line operator of three petrochemical companies in Taiwan, and the effective questionnaires of the three sampling companies are 151, 191, 195 respectively and adding up 537. The results show that, (1) safety needs can be can classified into lower-order safety needs and higher-order safety needs. (2) employees’ safety needs and safety behavior have significant correlation. (3) employees’ safety needs and perception of safety culture have significant correlation. (4) the perception of safety culture dimensions have moderation effect between safety needs and safety behavior, and varies with the attribution safety compliance and safety participant behavior. In the end, explaining the limitation and future research directions of the study, also providing the management implication into affairs.
