選購穿戴式智慧型手錶之關鍵因素-以銀髮族之醫療照護為例

Key Factors of Purchasing Wearable Smart Watches - A Case of Elderly Health-Care

摘要


智慧手機的盛行,使人類的生活真正進入了「行動處理」年代,實現了人們隨時聯繫、瀏覽網路、處理事情的夢想。但是,另ㄧ方面戰後嬰兒潮,加上醫學技術的進步,人類的平均壽命延長,使得全球正進入「老人化」年代。同時,經濟發展的腳步卻漸趨緩慢,加上競爭激烈、生活水平提高,又促使新生嬰兒出生率普遍降低,產生「少子化」現象。所以,當銀髮族需要居家醫療照護時,但兒女、親人卻無法隨侍在側,那麼,一種可以穿戴在身上,並為消費者所接受,且能隨時掌控需要照顧銀髮族的生理及活動狀況之裝置,就變得有迫切的需要性;而智慧手機的成熟技術,正好提供了穿戴式裝置的發展契機。由於穿戴式裝置的發展正值萌芽期,因此在研發設計上應該特別考量影響選購的要素,瞭解使用者的需求。本研究基於廣為應用的科技接受模式,針對穿戴式裝置應用於銀髮族醫療照護的智慧型手錶,探討影響購買的關鍵因素,以期提供給相關廠商,做為研發該類產品之參考。 本研究參考相關文獻,並運用德爾菲法訪談相關領域的專家,決定需考量的準則,包括:與醫療體系連結性、知覺有用、語音功能、便利性、知覺易用、生理感知、使用成本、知覺價值、知覺品質、自願性、個人認知等。透過決策實驗室法與網路分析程序法,分析受訪者問卷可得到關鍵準則,包括:便利性、知覺有用、與醫療體系連結性、知覺易用及知覺價值。因果圖呈現便利性對醫療系統連結性、知覺有用、知覺易用及知覺價值的高度影響性,而知覺易用與便利性之間也會相互影響。這顯示當產品的便利性增加時,也會帶動其他關鍵準則的認知或績效表現,也將提升消費者的購買意願。 因此,本研究建議相關廠商在研發醫療照護智慧型手錶時,應特別關注於便利性,再結合既有的遠端醫療照護資源,加上讓銀髮族能操作簡便的人機介面;這不但會讓使用者覺得有價值、有用且易用,也會對銀髮族的醫療照護發揮實質的效用。

The prevalence of using smart phones has turned human life into the “Mobile Action” era, in which people have accomplished their dreams of communication, surfing on line and dealing with things at any time. However, the world is turning into the era of “aging society” flowing from post-war baby boom and the advances of medical technology, which has extended the average of life span of human beings. However, the economic development is gradually slow that is coupled with the intensity of competition, high standard of living that has accelerated the decrease of birthrate. Therefore, when children or relatives are not available to provide home healthcare for the senior citizen, a device which is wearable, acceptable and enable to immediately monitor the physiological and activity condition is urgently demanded and the mature technology of smartphone just provides a development opportunity for wearable devices. The development of wearable devices is start-up so the purchasing factors and user demand should be emphasized for the research and development and design of the devices. This research is based on wildly used technology acceptance model, focused on wearable devices applied to smart watch for healthcare of the senior citizen, to discuss the key factors of purchasing that could be a reference for relevant companies working on wearable devices research and development. In this study, based on literature reviews and expert interviews in which Delphi Technique is applied, the criteria considered include the healthcare system network, perceived usefulness, voice features, convenience, perceived ease of use, physiological perception, use cost, perceived value, perceived quality, voluntary and personal cognition. Key criteria can be obtained including convenience, perceived usefulness, healthcare system network, perceived ease of use and perceived value through analysis of the results from interviewing questionnaires in which the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) are applied. The cause and effect diagram presents high impact of convenience on the healthcare system network, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived value, and perceived ease of use and convenience affect each other. This shows the increase of convenience of a product can increase the perception or performance of other key criteria and enhance consumer willingness to buy the product. Therefore, this study suggests relevant companies that convenience should be highly emphasized during the research and development of healthcare smart watches, integrated with remote healthcare resources and human machine interface, which is easy to operate for the senior citizen. The results not only make the user feel the product is valuable, useful and easy to use but also provide substantial help for healthcare of the senior citizen.
