中小企業初期二段式導入精實架構之研究
—以實驗室設備公司為例

中小企業面對現今原物料、人事及經營成本逐漸上升的局面，龐大的外商競爭勢力接踵而來，企業如果不強化其體質，恐面臨走向被淘汰一途，以往傳統中小企業想要進一步提升其生產效率及品質且達到降低成本，進而提升產業競爭力，但常因不知從何做起，或是缺乏資源和覺得程序繁雜，而導致企業改善的計畫遲遲無法推進。本研究在擬定研究目的及了解精實生產之內容及真正精神後，將目前常用的精實改善工具的分析與探討，設計出一套適合中小企業在初期導入精實時，因資源不足、觀念匱乏的種種因素下，用最節省資源和簡易的方式進行生產作業改善的架構。文中提供企業初期導入精實改善的步驟程序，依照流程循序漸進式地將改善方式帶進生產流程中，藉由個案研究法，以個案公司為例，實際進行該精實架構的導入示範，進而使企業能了解其中導入過程。目的是希望中小企業可以因為看到初期導入的成效，且能持之以恆地進行持續改善，朝向提升產業競爭力的目標邁進。

SMEs face of today's materials, personnel and operating costs increased gradually the situation, the huge incoming foreign competition forces companies to strengthen their physique if you do not fear facing toward being eliminated one way past the traditional SME wants to further improve its production efficiency and quality and reduce costs, thereby enhancing industrial competitiveness, but often because I do not know where to start, or a lack of resources and that complicated procedures, which led to delays in business improvement plan forward. This study in the development of research and understanding of the purpose of lean production and the true spirit of the most commonly used Lean tools to improve the analysis and discussion, designed for small and medium enterprises in the initial set of imported refined real-time, due to lack of resources, lack of ideas under these factors, with the most simple way to save resources and improve production operations architecture. This paper provides enterprise lean initial import steps to improve the program, in accordance with the process step by step formula to improve the way into the production process, with case study method, A Case Study, carried out the actual import demonstration lean architecture, thereby enabling enterprises understand where the import process. The purpose is to SMEs because we see the results of the initial import, and can be consistently continued to improve, enhance industrial competitiveness towards the goal.
