以英語合作學習提升國小學生人際關係與團隊合作素養之行動研究

An Action Research of Promoting Elementary Students’ Competencies of Interpersonal Relationship and Team Work through Cooperative Learning in English Class

摘要


本研究採行動研究法,探討以英語合作學習提升國小學生人際關係與團隊合作素養之行動歷程,以解決教學者在教學現場所面臨之困境,並進一步了解合作學習對於學生人際關係與團隊合作之影響。本研究為期十二週,共28個學生參與,研究者經由訪談學生、班導師、觀察學生課堂表現與教師課堂觀察等方式收集相關資料,並透過與專家的討論與反思,共同解決在設計課程與實際教學歷程所遇到的困難。本研究獲致結果如下: 一、遭遇的問題及解決策略 (一)以合作學習提升團隊合作素養時,應強化學生的溝通與管理能力 (二)以關心信建立人際關係時,應先引發學生的意願 (三)以小組情境練習合作技巧時,應加入常規與後果處理的約定 二、英語合作學習對學生人際關係與團隊合作之影響 (一)學生在小組中被接納而建立了良好的人際互動關係 (二)學生在團隊中能互相關心與激勵,使團隊成員都成功 三、研究者所獲得的省思與專業成長 (一)人際關係與團隊合作的活動應緊密結合英語學習 (二)增進人際關係與團隊合作素養教學設計的概念 最後,根據研究結果,研究者提出以英語合作學習提升國小學生人際關係與團隊合作素養之建議,以供未來研究者參考。

The purpose of this action research is to discuss the process of promoting elementary students’ competencies of interpersonal relationship and team work through English cooperative learning activities. The purpose is to solve the difficulties encountered by educators in the teaching scene, and further understand how the cooperative learning impact on on students' competencies of interpersonal relationship and teamwork. This study lasted for 12 weeks and total of 28 students participated in the study. The researchers collected relevant data through inteviews with the students and the homeroom teacher as well as observation of student classroom performance. In addition, to solve the difficulties encountered in real teaching practice, the researcher went on reflection and discussed with the experts. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The problems and solutions: (1) In order to enhance teamwork compentency through cooperative learning, students' communication and management skills should be strengthened. (2) When establishing interpersonal relationship with concern letters, students’ willingness should be triggered first. (3) In order to practice cooperative skills in the group, classroom rules for violating the rules consequences is of concern. 2. The impact on students’ competencies of interpersonal relationship and team work: (1) Students established a good interpersonal relationship because they were accepted in the group . (2) Students in the team can cared and encouraged each other so that all team members became successful. 3. The researcher’s reflection and professional development: (1) Interpersonal and teamwork activities should be closely integrated with English learning. (2) More understanding on the design of interpersonal and teamwork compentencies is acquired. Finally, based on the results of the study, the researcher proposed some suggestions for future study.
