從創業者網絡關係效益需求觀點分析育成中心服務功能

Analyzing the Incubators’Service for Entrepreneurs based on Network Relationship Effect

摘要


育成中心自86年起結合政府、研究機構、大學校院與民間企業共同推動,截至103年底,全國創新育成中心家數已設立達130多所,遍佈於北、中、南、東區及離島各地20多縣市,持植5,024中小企業開發新產品,其中早期創業階段企業有2,099家,顯示國人創業意圖高,要如何在眾多不同經營型態與特色之育成中心,使創業者選擇適合育成中心更為重要。因此,本研究期望透過探討從創業者網絡關係效益需求觀點分析育成中心服務功能的關聯性,找出進駐廠商認為需要育成中心支援創業者的服務功能,以強化可獲得之網絡關係效益,藉此提供育成中心經營者更多策略思維。 本研究採隨機抽樣法,進行結構式問卷施測,調查北區育成中心進駐廠商,共回收有效問卷122份,並運用信度分析、相關分析及多元回歸分析等方法來探討變數間之關係,以驗證本研究之假設。 本研究結果發現,育成中心服務功能中以資訊支援影響最多個網絡關係效益,是育成中心提供服務功能中的關鍵因子。另外,本研究亦分析出,不同年齡創業者影響網絡關係效益的服務功能因子組合亦不同。不同創業階段中以設立企業較需要在育成中心獲得網絡關係效益,其中以知識與技術之移轉與獲得市場影響力最需要的網絡關係效益。此外育成中心所提供行政支援將會影響最多個網絡關係效益。不同進駐育成中心時間的群體,影響網絡關係效益的服務功能因子組合呈現二極化現象,進駐育成時間在6個月以下及二年以上的進駐廠商,影響網絡關係效益的服務功能因子眾多;但進駐育成時間在6個月至二年的進駐廠商各個服務功能因子對網絡關係效益的影響不顯著。廠商進駐育成初期,即進駐育成時間在6個月以下的廠商,需要的大多是孵化器的服務功能,其中最需要的服務功能是行政支援,但商務支援對網絡關係效益卻是呈現顯著負向影響。加速器的服務功能僅深度輔導對進入新市場與得到市場即時性有正向影響,但對獲得互補性資源卻產生負向影響。進駐育成時間在二年以上的廠商,除了需要孵化器的服務功能外,以需大量加入加速器的服務功能,其中最需要的服務功能是屬於加速器的國際網絡功能,其次是屬於孵化器的空間與設備功能,至於孵化器的技術及人才支援對網絡關係效益卻是呈現負向的影響。

More than 130 incubation centers located in more than 20 counties and cities in the Northern, the Midland, the Southern of Taiwan and its off-shore islands, had successively affiliated with the governments, research institutes, universities and private sectors to foster 5,024 small and medium enterprises, including 2,099 startups to develop new products from 1997 to the end of 2014, which reveals that people in Taiwan show high intention of startup. As a result, it is important for entrepreneurs to choose an incubation center which meets their needs from various incubation centers with different business model and characteristics. Therefore, the research intended to analyze the correlation between the entrepreneur demand and the incubation services to find out the most supportive services for the entrepreneurs, which could strengthen the network relationship benefits and provide more strategic thinking for the center. Random sampling was used to conduct structured questionnaire survey. Enterprises stationed in incubation centers in the Northern Taiwan were investigated and 122 copies of effective questionnaires were collected. In addition, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were applied to discuss the relationship between variables to verify the research hypothesis. From the results, it was discovered that information support, the key factor, affects the maximum of network relationship benefits. In addition, entrepreneurs with different ages require different incubation services, which affect the network relationship benefits. The startups depend more on the center for receiving network relationship benefits; particularly, the benefits of knowledge and technology transfer and market influence are the most- wanted. In addition, administrative support of the center also affects the maximum of network relationship benefits. Enterprises stationed in incubation center in different time require different incubation services, which affect the network relationship benefits with polarized results. For enterprises having stationed in the center for less than 6 months or more than 2 years, the impact of incubation service to the network relationship benefits is significantly; however, for those having stationed in the center for more than 6 months or 2 years, the impact is contrary. Enterprises stationed in the center for less than 6 months require the incubator services, and the administrative support is the most-wanted, but the business support brings significantly negative impact. The accelerator services bring positive impact to the benefits of entering a new market and obtaining market instantaneous but negative impact to complementary resources. For enterprises stationed for more than 2 years, both incubator and accelerator services are required, and the international network of accelerator service is the most-wanted and the space and facilities of incubator services are the second-best. However, technology and talent support of incubator services brings negative impact to the network relationship benefits.
