數據化管理導入室內設計產業研究

摘要


臺灣室內設計產業競爭激烈,在這數據管理時代,可善用數據分析、統計資料,作為公司決策的參據以提升決策品質,打造公司的核心競爭力。因此本研究以新竹縣一室內設計公司為例,透過文件分析,爬梳臺灣室內設計產業發展概況,以及數據化管理的相關論述,再透過訪談個案公司之各部門重要成員,了解內部員工對於數據化管理之需求與營運關鍵項目,再針對個案公司的工程部、設計部、行政部導入數據化統計與分析,進而了解數據化管理對於個案公司營運之影響。本研究獲致結果如下: 一、導入工料比分析管理,發現獲利與工料比成負相關,因此可依相關數據做工程檢討,能有效率控管案場時間,使工班因工作固定而持續配合,進而使整體工程品質上升,帶來更高的利潤,亦能篩選出異常的案場情況。工料比可作為檢視工程是否符合效率、工程安排的參考與工班遴選的標準。 二、透過成本資料庫及報價系統的建置,有效提升個案公司獲利,另可降低設計師報價的錯誤,以及促使新人針對報價快速上手。 三、透過分析個案公司數據資料,了解客戶來源及來客平台每月成本趨勢、來客屬性等,並針對目標受眾投入行銷資源,使行銷更加效率化,促進來客數成長。

Considering the competitive interior design industry in Taiwan, data analysis and statistical data can serve as references of decision making for companies to build the core competitiveness in the data management era. This study takes an interior company in HsinChu County as the study case. First, we analyze documents and the general development of interior design industry in Taiwan, and make literature review on data management. Then, we interview with several prominent members in each department of the studied company concentrating on learning about the needs and key issues of employees for data management. Finally, we implement data statistics and analysis onto the engineering department, design department and administration to understand the impact on the business operations resulted from data management. The results we obtain include the following: First: It is found profit negatively correlate with material ratio with implementation of material ratio analysis management. Therefore, engineering review could be carried out based on relevant data to efficiently manage time spent on site and to smoothly schedule work shifts thanks to fixed work. Altogether, this increases the overall quality of the construction and brings about higher revenue. Additionally, abnormalities on site could also be filtered out. Material ratio can be regarded as a standard and a reference to inspect the efficiency and work shifts schedule of a construction. Second: The establishment of cost database and quotation system effectively increase the profitability of the studied company. On the other hand, it decreases quotation errors of designers and helps newcomers to get the hang of quotation. Third: By analyzing the data of the case, we can understand the customer source and the cost trend of the customer platform per month and customer features. With this information, we can put marketing resources on targeted audience and increase the marketing efficiency and the growth of the number of visitors.
