服務學習導入設計思考的過程與成效-以中原大學廣告行銷服務課程為例

摘要


隨著設計思考受到越來越多的關注,本研究希望將設計思考引入,為期兩學期的跨領域專業服務學習課程,探討課程改革的歷程與成效。研究方法以行動研究主,研究中將訪問參與課程的老師、業師與學生,以及蒐集相關書面資料,並以紮跟理論為研究分析方式。研究發現,多數參與老師認定設計思考的好處,對於學生有幫助,但因學生的缺乏相關實作經驗和溝通能力的情況下,又加上課程內容不夠明確,讓學生感到困惑。使他們在面對課程改革時,在課程與執行的過程中,遭遇了許多困難,讓他們感到不愉快,對課程也有許多的抱怨,也覺得課程難度太高,自己像小白鼠被實驗而不悅。而老師們也發現,課程規劃對於學生負擔太重和困難,學生也缺乏獨立思考、成熟度和主動性,很需要老師的陪伴。但即便課程遭遇這麼多的問題,也有部分同學表示,感覺到跟一般的課程不同,認為課程非常有意義,可以透過自我的能力,解決真實的問題完成專案,並提升溝通的能力。下學期最終的產出不僅得到大家的肯定,成果也比以往學生表現更好。研究中也發現,創新課程的改革過程中,學生心態與抗壓性是非常重要的,以及若無老師的陪伴,容易讓學生無法適應,進而不斷抱怨,也會產生不良的影響。因此,如何幫助學生適應實作專案的挑戰,以及培養獨立思考能力與抗壓性,可以是未來需要考量和研究的議題。

Design thinking has received more and more attention, the main purpose of this research is to explore the process and effectiveness in the process of implementing design thinking in an interdisciplinary two-semester service learning course. Action research has been used as the main research methodology, in which teachers, professionals and students participating in the course will be interviewed, as well as relevant written information. Grounded theory will be used as a research and analysis method. The study found that most participating teachers recognized the benefits of design thinking and that it was helpful to their students. However, due to the lack of relevant practical experience and communication skills of students, coupled with the curriculum content is not clear enough, so that many students were confused. In the face of curriculum reform, the course, encountered many difficulties in the implementation process including the students’ complaints about the curriculum. Most of them felt that the curriculum was too difficult and they were unhappy that they have been experimented on. And teachers also found that curriculum planning seems to be too heavy and difficult for them. Most of the students also lack independent thinking, maturity and initiative. The company of teachers were important for them. However, even though the course encountered so many problems, some students said that they felt different from ordinary courses and t the course was very meaningful. They could solve real problems and completed projects through their own abilities, and improved their communication skills. The final output have been reconized by most of the teachers, community partners and external examiners. The study also found that in the process of reform of innovative curriculum, students' mentality and stress resistance are very important. If they are not accompanied by teachers, it is easy for students to feel stressed and then complain constantly which could significantly affect their learning process and outcome. Therefore, how to help students adapt to the challenges of practical projects and develop independent thinking and stress tolerance are some other issues that need to be considered and researched in the future.
