本研究旨在了解參與該計畫的技術生對於事業單位工作崗位訓練的實習成效與看法,期望根據研究結果,提陳相關單位及人士精進訓練之建議。 本研究經由問卷發放,共回收270份有效問卷,透過變異數分析瞭解個人背景因素對工作崗位訓練之實習成效是否有顯著差異。透過迴歸分析瞭解工作崗位訓練目標與內容、實習環境、教師﹙師傅﹚教學及薪資福利對工作崗位訓練之實習成效是否有影響。 研究發現:性別、就讀動機、職前訓練時間為多長、3個月之內提供多少小時的在職訓練對工作崗位訓練之實習成效有顯著差異。影響技術生在工作崗位訓練之實習成效為工作崗位訓練目標與內容、實習環境、教師﹙師傅﹚教學與薪資福利。
The purpose of this study is to understand the status-quo the apprentices’ on-the-job (OJT) training by enterprises. By analysis the 270 received effective questionnaire using the method of ANOVA , I tried to find out whether personal background factors and internship results may make a significant difference to Internship Results OF on the Job Training. In addition, Regression Analysis was applied to find out if the Content Of The Job, Internships Environment, Teachers (Master) Teaching and Benefits may affect Internship Results OF on the Job Training. In this study I found that personal background factors including gender, the motivation, the length of pre job training and the first 3 months in-service training, have a significant relationship with Internship Results OF on the Job Training. The influence of Internship Results OF on the Job Training on apprentices' is the Content Of The Job, Internships Environment, Teachers (Master) Teaching and Benefits.
