本研究旨在探討高職餐飲科學生自我概念、家庭氣氛與幸福感之關係。主要研究目的為:一、瞭解自我概念、家庭氣氛與幸福感之現況;二、比較不同背景變項之學生在自我概念之差異情形;三、比較不同背景變項之學生在家庭氣氛之差異情形;四、比較不同背景變項之學生在幸福感之差異情形;五、分析自我概念、家庭氣氛對幸福感之預測情形;六、根據研究結果提出具體建議,以提供學校教育、家庭教育及輔導人員參考。 為達上述研究目的,本研究採文獻分析及問卷調查等方法蒐集資料,以北、中、南部地區六所高職餐飲科學生為研究對象,並以自編之「自我概念、家庭氣氛與幸福感問卷」為研究工具,將所得資料蒐集後以t檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析來進行分析。 本研究結果發現: 一、高職餐飲科學生自我概念、家庭氣氛與幸福感之現況屬於中上程度。 二、不同性別、父母管教方式、學業成績及母親教育程度的高職餐飲科學生在自我概念上有顯著差異。 三、不同性別、家庭類型、父母管教方式、學業成績與母親教育程度對高職餐飲科學生家庭氣氛有顯著差異。 四、不同父母管教方式的高職餐飲科學生在幸福感上有顯著差異。 五、高職餐飲科學生的自我概念與家庭氣氛能有效預測幸福感。 最後針對研究結果提出具體建議,以作為學校教育、家庭教育及輔導人員之參考。 本研究提出以下建議: 一、加強學生自我肯定,培養學生正向積極之自我概念 二、實施家庭教育之功能,融入教學活動中 三、辦理親職教育講座,提升父母及教師相關知能 四、發揮父母管教功能,增進正向自我概念、家庭氣氛與幸福感 五、利用多元管道宣傳方式,推廣和諧家庭氣氛之重要性 六、定期實施學生輔導需求評估,提升學生之幸福感 關鍵字:高職餐飲科、自我概念、家庭氣氛、幸福感
The main purpose of this study is to explore what the relationship among the students at food and beverage management department in vocational high schools self-concept, family atmosphere and well-being. This study is to explore the differences between students’ background toward self-concept, family atmosphere and well-being. And according to the results, suggestions for school, family education and counseling-related institutions were proposed. Data were collected by the literature survey and questionnaire survey, the subject were students at food and beverage management department in vocational high school from Northern, Central and Southern Taiwan. The instrument used in this study included:“Self-Concept Scale, Family Atmosphere Scale, Well-Being Scale”. The collection data were analyzed by statistics including t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression. The major results of the study were as follows: 1.The self-concept, family atmosphere and well-being in the food and beverage management department in vocational high school students were above average. 2.Significant difference is found in the self-concept of students under different gender, parenting style on parent, academic performances, education level on parent. 3.Significant difference is found in the family atmosphere of students under different gender, family structure, parenting style, academic performances, education level on mother. 4.Significant difference is found in the well-being of students under different parenting style. 5.The concept-self and family atmosphere could effectively predict well-being. Finally, according to these results, suggestions for school, family education and counseling-related institutions were proposed.
