本研究旨在探討高職餐飲管理科建教合作生學習滿意度與建教滿意度對未來餐飲進路規劃之相關研究,藉由學生學習滿意度與建教合作之情形,瞭解是否影響學生未來從事餐飲相關行業意願,並提出具體的建議,供學校參考。本研究主要採取「問卷調查法」,以十四所高職餐飲管理科建教班且已完成一年實習之二三年同學為研究對象,共計發出1070份,獲有效樣本數為782份,回收可用率為73%。資料分析描述性統計分析、次數分配、皮爾森相關、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較分析等統計方法。經研究分析結果,獲致下列主要結論: 一、高職餐飲管理科建教生對在校學習滿意度與建教實習滿意度感到滿意。 二、高職餐飲管理科建教生在居住地、實習地點、實習單位及實習部門的在校學習滿意度與建教實習滿意度上有顯著差異。 三、高職餐飲管理科建教生在校學習滿意度與建教實習滿意度有顯著正相關。 四、高職餐飲管理科建教生畢業進路規劃,以繼續選擇餐飲相關行業及科系佔最高比例;不同未來進路規劃對在校學習滿意度與建教實習滿意度有顯著差異。
This study focused on the relationship among students of F&B management in vocational high schools’ in school learning satisfaction, internship satisfaction, and future career planning. By understood the satisfaction of in school learning and internship, to found out that if it affects the students’ willingness of working or advance in hospitality related area. According to the result of analysis to compile a set of questionnaire, of the returned 782 questionnaires from a matrix of 1070 students of 14 vocational high schools in Taiwan, 73% was valid. Statistical techniques including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The conclusions are as below: 1. Students of F&B management department in vocational high schools are satisfied in both in school learning and internship learning. 2. There is a significant difference in internship satisfaction due to students’ different backgrounds. (i.e. The department of the internship, the location of the internship) 3. There are significant correlation between in school learning satisfaction and internship satisfaction. 4. There are a high percentage of internship students of F&B management department in vocational high schools willing to work at hospitality industry or advance their study in hospitality management as their future career planning; there is a significant difference of future career planning affects by in school learning satisfaction and internship satisfaction.
