2002年1月1日我國正式成為世界貿易組織(World Trade Organizer, WTO)會員國並邁入全球化國化潮流,我國已經蛻變成以服務業為主的產業結構,積極發展服務業已經成為我國經濟發展的重要主軸。會議展覽產業(Meeting、Incentive、Conventions、Exhibitions, MICE)是促進服務業上下游產業發展,及帶動經濟發展與建構區域競爭優勢的驅動產業(Driving Industry)。人力資源系統的建立成為當務之急,因此本研究欲知會議展覽規劃師專業職能之需求。 本研究旨在運用德爾菲調查法,建構會議展覽規劃師專業職能需求,並探討會議展覽規劃師職能、工作績效與人格特質等變項間之關係。針對台灣地區會議展覽規劃師為實證對象,分別以質性訪談方式與量化統計分析進行研究。質化以德爾菲法來收集專家群一致性意見,建構出會議展覽規劃師專業職能量表,量化部份共取得65份有效問卷,經統計分析後,歸納出以下研究發現:1.會議展覽規劃師專業職能可分為「自我效能」、「成就動機」、「客戶導向」、「專業知識」、「專業態度」、「積極進取」等六構面。2.專業職能、人格特質、工作績效分別與人口統計變項有部分變數呈現顯著差異。3.人格特質與工作績效呈現中度相關。4.專業職能與工作績效關係結構模式呈現不顯著。
Taiwan had been the member of WTO in 2002, the structure of our industry had been changed into 「hospitality 」due to the globalization trend. MICE is a driving industry to not only the economic advantage, but also the region competitive advantage, so it is crucial to develop the human resource system, especially focused on competence. The purpose of this empirical study is to explore of the factors of professional competence for MICE organizer and tested the relationship around variables of professional competence、personality and work performance. The study sample size targets on conference and exhibition organizers, and studied both of quality and quantity methods. There are 65 effective reports. After the statistic analysis, findings are including as below:1.The professional competence of MICE organizer can divided into six factors:(1)self-effectiveness、(2)achievement motivation、(3)customer-orientation、(4)professional knowledge、(5)professional attitude and (6)positive action.2.The variables of professional competence、personality and work performance have significance with partial demographic variables.3.personality have middle correlations with work performance. 4. professional competence have no significant with work performance tested through the linear structure relationship model.
