On-campus lodging facilities should be considered as the extension of students’ own “home”. It also has great influences on their satisfaction toward educational institutes which provide such services and their intention of continuing their education. “Expectation-Disconfirmation Model” was employed in this study to explore students’ satisfaction toward on-campus lodging facility. Results showed that satisfaction for lodging facilities were by far much lower than students’ expectation prior to move in. Therefore, it is suggested that educational institutes should strengthen the hardware facilities, student affairs management, and lodging facilities management in order to cope with students’ requirement.
