本研究旨在探討技職校院四技餐飲管理系學生之職業成熟與職業定向之現況及相關因素、瞭解學生職業生涯決策對職業成熟與職業定向的影響、探討職業成熟與職業定向的關聯性及比較不同學生之個人背景變項在職業生涯決策、職業成熟與職業定向上的差異性。本研究以我國技職校院內設有四技餐飲管理系為範圍,以配額抽樣法,選取一年級至四年級學生為對象,共回收有效樣本400位。並以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、卡方分析、集群分析與區別分析等方法進行統計考驗。研究結果發現(1)研究樣本職業成熟現況,基本上是樂觀、正向的,並且在職業定向方面,未來想要從事職業以從事餐旅相關行業最多(2)職業成熟與職業定向間有顯著關聯性。(3)職業生涯決策因素中之「生涯資訊能力」對職業成熟與職業定向影響最大。(4)不同性別在「生涯資訊能力」及「他人影響」等因素上有顯著差異;不同學校位置與工作經驗在「他人影響」上有顯著差異;家庭平均月收入與家庭社經地位在「職業定向」上有顯著差異。本研究結果可供餐旅技職校院學職業生涯教育與輔導工作之參考及作為進一步研究之基礎。
This research was purported that the investigation of the present situation of department of the food and beverage management of four-year system students’ career maturity and vocational oriention as well as related factors . To understand the influence between career decision making and vocational maturity as well as vocational oriention . To investigate the relationship between vocational maturity and vocational oriention, and comparing the different between students’ background on the career decision making, vocational maturity and vocational orientation. Sample population was consisted of department of food and beverage management of four-year system school in the vocational & technology institute of taiwan. By quota sampling, the research samples were freshmen to senior students. We adopted questionnaires to conduct this research with 400 valid replies received. Statistical techniques conducted including descriptive statistic, t-test, one-wayANOVA, chi-square test, cluster analysis and discriminate analysis. The results showed that (1) Department of the food and beverage management of four-year system students career maturity, in general, is optimistic and positive. As for their vocational oriention, the most student go for the expected highest hospitality related areas vocationa . (2) They were significantly relationship between career maturity and vocational oriention. (3) In the career decision-making factors the career information ability effects vocational maturity and vocational oriention. (4) There were significant differences between different gender on the scores of the career information ability and others’ Influence. There were in significant differences between different school section and work experience on the others’ Influence. There were in significant differences between different family income and social-economic status on the vocational orientation. The results of this study will provide guidance for career education in hospitality vocational & technology institute and bases for the further studies.
