數位學習教材認證規範實施成效之研究

摘要


隨著多媒體之應用日漸普及,數位學習儼然成為新一代教學模式的主流。透過數位化的方式呈現教材或活動,教師可藉此分享教材以及透過網路進行線上教學,亦使學習者得以於網路及數位教材中,獲取非同步甚至同步的溝通學習環境。台灣數位教材在政府與院校間大力推廣之下,為確保鞏固及提升品質,可經由教育部所設置之「教育部遠距教學交流暨認證網」及財團法人中衛發展中心承辦之「數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫-品質服務中心」兩大單位加以認證,以為數位教材實施成效把關。 本研究據此,以「教育部遠距教學交流暨認證網」所提出之認證規範為主軸,針對國立高雄餐旅大學餐飲管理系實際使用過認證通過之數位教材的學生進行滿意度調查;另並對通過數位教材認證規範通過之教材製作者進行深度訪談。透過回收之186份有效問卷及三位數位教材製作者之訪談內容加以分析及探究認證規範對數位學習教材實施成效之影響。經研究分析結果,獲致下列主要研究結論與建議: 一、通過數位教材認證仍集中於少數學校、技職校院通過件數已逐漸超越普通大學且以資訊科技類通過認證為多數。 二、學生對於數位教材認證規範之「教材內容與架構」及「媒體與介面設計」感到最滿意,而「媒體與介面設計」則認為最重要;學生的性別與接觸經驗於數位教材認證規範知覺中會產生差異。 三、多數教材設計者較無資訊科技之背景,於資訊或多媒體技術方面感到較高的困難度與較低的滿意度。 本研究根據研究結果提出對教師、學校單位、教育行政機關、認證單位與未來研究之建議。

As the application of multi-media gets popular, digital learning appears to be the mainstream of teaching mode for the new generation. Teaching materials and activities are digitalized and performed. Teachers share materials or teach students online, and learners can also have a consecutive or even simultaneous environment for communication by means of internet or digital materials. Digital materials in Taiwan are widely spread and popularized by our government and schools. In order to make sure and promote the quality, the website ACE, set up by the Ministry of Education, and e-Learning Quality Service Center offers the program of certification to examine the implementation effects of the digital materials. This research places the aim at the standards of the certification given by the ACE, and focuses on the satisfaction questionnaires taken by the students of Department of Food & Beverage Management of National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, who have used the qualified digital materials. Furthermore, this paper also takes an in-depth interview with each material producer, whose digital works are qualified by ACE. Through analyzing 186 valid questionnaires and 3 interviews of the material producers, my research finds out the influence of the ACE qualification on digital materials. The conclusion and suggestions are listed below. 1. The qualified digital materials are still centralized in few schools, and the number of the qualified materials is more in technological and vocational colleges than in general universities. Most of the qualified are Information Technology. 2. Students feel most satisfied about the "Textbook and Structure" and "Media and Interface design" in the dimensions of the certification, and consider the latter to be the most significant. The gender of the students as well as the experience of them will make a difference for them in sensing the certification standards. 3. Most material designers are not from Information Technology, so it is difficult for them to use media or information technology. They also give lower satisfaction in response. According to the research, this paper gives the humble suggestions to teachers, schools, educational programs, certification authorities and future studies.
